Never really had any issues here but yesterday and today was something else. Even though I made an appointment (and it was a Monday not a Saturday) it took 2 hours for them to do a simple oil change and remove a nail from my tire. About 1.5 hrs in I asked how much longer it would be and got attitude from the lady at the front desk. Like I was really putting her out making her ask the mechanic! That was yesterday. This afternoon I go to use my car and it was dead. Couldnt figure out why until I realized the mechanic had left the interior light on. Not sure why he needed it on anyway? I never use this light and didnt see yesterday it had been left on as it was a sunny day. Before calling BCAA for a jump I called Midas to ask if they would help me first since it was their error. What do I get? Not even an apology! And big surprise it was the same woman from yesterday. Tells me she cant send her mechanics off site and that Ill have to deal with it myself. Not even an offer for a free oil change next visit. Never ever going here again. Terrible customer service, which sucks cause the other gentleman that works there is great and never rude.

We discovered the Midas in Langley (at 64th) through a friend recently. On the strength of repeated suggestions that we see Greg at this Midas, my wife and I drove all the way from North Vancouver. Greg was great at listening to us explain the many issues/questions we had in relation to our cars (a Jeep and a BMW)--and very good at communicating precisely what was wrong, what needed done, and what didnt. Weve now serviced both vehicles with him, and are very happy with the work. He and his team are prompt and (as far as we can tell) competent and careful--and the service was competitively priced. Were happy to have discovered this shop and will definitely return--all the way from North Van.

I brought my car here for a simple oil change and inspection a few months ago and yesterday the oil drain plug fell off of my car while I was driving and I lost all the engine oil. This caused my engine to cease up and ruined my car which will cost $7500 to have a new engine installed. Clearly the people working here are incompetent and cant be trusted with even a simple oil change. DO NOT bring your vehicle here unless you want it turned into a useless piece of metal.

Stay Away unless you got nothing to do ... they cant honor their appointments with there customer , To let a customer know 20 minutes before the appointment if they are make it other day!?!! I called at 9am for my 2pm appointment to confirm it that day ! I wont deal with this establishment again . Good way to lose a customer and I will letting anyone that I know to avoid this place .

Great service! If I lived in Langley they would be my regular shop. My car died and they gave me a free test and quote, even charged the battery even after I said I would get it towed back to where I live and not use their shop (simply because of location). Highly recommended, and Sam is great!

They have never steered me wrong with either of the family vehicles. They do tend to round down on the estimates, but its rare to have a garage say that you DONT need the work done right now.
