Customer Service... Almost non-existence. I drove from Vancouver for an hour to get there, but my encounter with them only lasted less 10 minutes and that includes I told myself to keep it cool and dont let their bad attitude and unprofessionalism to get into your head. From receptionist who ignore for 5 minutes doing her paper work while I am standing in front her to the foreman (or whoever he was) that walk around my car looking like a lost staring at my car and then on the my insurance papers which by the way I had to handed it in in order to get an estimate (Even I told her I am paying for the paint job myself, but her, NO, NO, the women at reception insisted I must present my papers. And did I mention that when she sees you after 5 minutes. Not a GOOD MORNING Sir, Not a THANK YOU FOR WAITING and NOT even a fake SMILE.(lets not talk about the strong cheap perfume that filled the Hugh office). Never mind her The guy (Forman, I assume on the other hand) says we do not do this kind of work!!! my jaw dropped.. I asked what do you mean by that, he says "It a mess". OK. I admit there a few spots that spray painted and also the GRILL that I thought it looks better in BLACK. btw, I know a thing or 2 about painting bud. And then he rudely with an attitude that GO AWAY, gave me an estimate of $7000 $$$$$ plus tax. :-().....Damn those taxes. I would have him do the work if there was no @ tax. 2 BAD I would have taken that 1 star away if I could but Google does not let me. Maybe they should include -1, etc.

worst customer service, "ill call you back in 5 mintutes" 2 hours later nothing i have to call back. and the after a month the fiberglass on my bumper "just finished drying" when a week or 2 prior they claimed to have "just starting to paint it now" never attempted to contact me once. id rather pay 5x the amount of cash elsewhere to get the job done. AND i havent even seen what my bumper looks like yet. It wouldnt suprise me if they painted it the wrong colour

I brought in my car after someone scaraped against mine. Not only was it fixed in 2 days, the paint matches perfectly and all the dents are gone. Had Kevin and his crew paint the roof of my Dakota...the job was done as stated and the price was as stated. My old truck will see a few more years rust free now. They had to strip the old paint and primer off due to the typical paint peel of these vehicles.
