I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience at this location was terrible. The staff is friendly but communication amongst them and to customer was amiss. First, my passenger seat belt was replaced wrong and I drove my vehicle for weeks without realizing how unsafe it was. Second, after the main repairs were complete I was told someone would come to repair a smal scratch and faulty seatbelt in my location so I didnt have to go and switch vehicles for the 3rd time, they didnt show. When I called they said send a text and images of the seatbelt repair so they can order the part and have it ready for when I drop off my vehicle again, there was no reply. When I followed up days later they still hadnt ordered the part. I came in after not being able to get through on the phone, and they scrambled to find a replacement vehicle. They forgot, or it wasnt communicated that I was coming. Finally, my dash board had a scratch and I was told it can be fixed with no part replacement. It was buffed out but the smooth area is not the same as the rest- in other words it looks worse than it did before. But Im tired of calling and dealing with them. Ill cut my losses and move on.

Thank you so much to the helpful staff at Kirmac Walnut Grove, especially Manager Ian Preddy. I took my car to Kirmac to get an estimate on fixing damage incurred by an elderly woman swiping across half of my rear bumper in a parking lot. I was hoping that it was merely paint transfer and that the damage could be buffed or polished out relatively inexpensively, as the kind woman was genuinely apologetic for the mishap. When I arrived I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist and then was asked to wait momentarily for Ian to finish dealing with another customer before he could survey the damage. After I explained the situation to him, Ian asked if I had a few minutes and if I could wait while they tried to buff out the striations - free of charge! My car was returned to me after about 10 minutes with all the unsightly paint transfer marks removed from my bumper! I appreciate the amazing customer service of this establishment and Im sure the woman who hit my car will be thrilled that her mishap will not be costing her anything!

I bought a new bumper for my truck and it sat in my garage for about 4 months. I had every intention of installing it myself but then I thought "what if I break some of the clips I dont have those laying around", after all the truck is over 10 yrs old and the bumper was pretty toasted. So I called around and settled on Kirmac north Langley as they had a good hourly rate. Well I get the call to come pick up my truck and I ask how much do I owe. Dont worry about it, chalk it up to customer service. Are you kidding me? So I pick it up and not only is the outside washed but inside has been vaccumed and detailed. I was smiling all the way home. Reviews are moderated and not accurate! I had posted a review about a bad experience here and it was never published. They basically did not repair any chips on my car. They said I could come back and get it fixed but trying to schedule that around a busy work scheduled is sometimes tricky! Well looks like I wont be back because the chip that the tech missed (I had two noticeable chips and he didnt do either) has now expanded into a crack... now i get to replace my windshield... a great extra expense at Christmas time!! Thanks for nothing! I even asked when I went in do I need to show the chips and they said no he will know... sure...Now I get to deal with ICBC... how fun.. :s

My sunroof had a fault in it and exploded while driving to work, so I took it to the nearest body/glass shop and I have to say that this was such an easy, efficient experience. I had never filed a claim before so all of the staff was more than helpful with assisting me in filing the claim, and within 15 minutes of arriving they had me in a courtesy car and heading to work. The sunroof was a special order piece and was ordered and installed within a week - much quicker than I thought possible. My overall expectations were far surpassed and I would encourage everyone to visit Kirmac Walnut Grove when considering an auto claim centre.

I went here for a rock chip on my windshield, after calling in ahead just in case. They explained to me that the rock chip repair is by donation only! Some competitors charge up to 80 dollars for this, yet Kirmac will simply donate the proceeds. They were also fast and efficient and the main guy took the time to explain to me how I can reduce the chances of rock chips (hood deflector) and which cars are more prone to rock chips due to design. I was in and out within 10 minutes and felt great overall, and my rock chip is barely noticeable now. Hopefully it wont crack!

I brought my vehicle in for a car accident a few years back and I was very happy with the service I had. Now I have a broken windshield and I went in to replace the window. I was advised they needed to order it in. 2 months later Ive never heard form them - Ive called many times and have left messages on their answering machine with NO ONE returning my phone calls. Poor customer service and I wonder if they have switched owners since the last time I was there? Now, 2 months later I still have a cracked windshield and need to find another place to complete it.

I had my Mazda 2 repaired at the Kirmac - Walnut Grove facility everything went as planed I was greeted and the work to be done was explained in detail then I was given a rental car and I was on my way. next day they called to give me an up date and when I should expect my car to be ready. on the day indicated they called to say I could pick up my car whenever I had time that day. Work was done as planned and car was back to new condition. Good experience would recommend this facility and give my experience a 5 star.

First...Thanks Ian Preddy. A couple of days ago,I got my car keyed. I took it to Kirmac to get some ideas on what could be done and for how much. Manager Ian Preddy asked if I had a couple of minutes to spare. 5 minutes later he brought me my car. I actually thought I would be waiting a few minutes before he could even help me. He had the scratches buffed out. I asked how much it would cost for his time,he said dont worry about it. I will remember this and you will have my business in the future.

The customer service was very poor. I had to do the calling to get a status on my car everyday. I went to their office to speak to the manager about their customer service and the manager really didnt have the time of day for me. I had to talk across their showroom and the manager would not invite me into his office. He just sat at his desk while I had to speak across their showroom. I have a free coupon for rock chip repair and I will not go back to that office for anymore service.
