As a first time car buyer, I really didnt know what to expect (especially having recently move from out of province and wasnt entirely familiar with the insurance process and everything else that was involved). I saw the vehicle listed on AutoTrader and contacted King of Cars over the phone to see if the vehicle was still available. I then popped over and was warmly greeted at the front door by a salesman (Jason). He asked who I was, shook my hand, gave me the keys, and let me take a look at the vehicle while he parked another one that a customer had recently test-driven. After a quick inspection and sit in the vehicle to get a feel for it, Jason suggested a test drive and made a copy of my drivers license for safety/security purposes. Following the test drive, Jason and I sat down (I also had a friend sit in on everything as he had recently purchased a vehicle himself and knew the proper questions to ask). Even so, Jason was very forthcoming and upfront (which Im told is not always the case with car salespersons. We discussed details (also regarding a tire/rim package and my own trade-in) and put the paperwork in motion. I then met with Nathan (who was the finance specialist). We talked numbers, pricing, financing, and so on. All of this to say, the process itself was extremely simple and I didnt feel as though I was being conned or taken advantage of - everything was logical and upfront. The staff at King of Cars really does believe that if you want the vehicle you will buy it without any pressure, and if not, someone else will. The entire process took about three hours, and after the vehicle was washed, insurance was sorted out, and the plates were put on, I was given the keys to drive off the lot. One minor detail is that the windshield did have a crack in it, but Jason arranged for an auto body shop to replace the windshield the very next day to accommodate the fact that I lived out of town (and covered the cost). All in all, these people treated me with respect and I was extremely pleased with how everything went down!

When I first walked into king of cars I was kind of upset because know body really approached me and came to talk to me right away and I decided I was going to leave. As I was leaving the lot Jacob, one of their sales reps asked me "need help with anything" and I simply said "where were you when I walked in" again I was upset! Jacob told me that he did not want to pressure us into buying a car and that their vehicles "sell themselves" and that they get a lot of customers and repeat customers because they never pressure or use sales tactics on their customers. Told me they set a price thats fair, provide detailed Car Proof and ICBC reports as well as provide either factory warranty or provide full warranty coverage through national warranty companies. I was glad that they actively involved me in the process before talking price to make sure this was the car I was going to buy. So I decided to test drive a 2011 Bmw 328 and after they showed me all the paperwork, including full warranty and past ownership, going out of their way to answer all my questions I realized this was the place I was going to buy my car. I am really glad I came here and why I decided to write this review. When you buy a car dont let someone sell you a car, look at the vehicle, make sure you have all the Car proof, ICBC history, accident reports, make sure you have warranty information and make sure you know the price is good. I was very impressed that even the manager Matt told me "your welcome to shop around and figure out which car you want to buy." Never let anyone tell you a car is good, ask for all the information and make sure you check the details and price comparison of that vehicle.

Recently I was in the market for a new Honda and I decided to follow a friend who had purchased a car from here and was told that they only had 3 Hondas In stock and none of which were black, which is what I wanted. They began to try and sell me on a ford Taurus, I believer his name was Jay-jay, perhaps a nickname he went by Jacob but since my friend had been here before they were friendly, so It was easier to be there knowing I had kind of an inside scoop. So I decided to take the Taurus for a test drive and I really enjoyed it, aparantly American car makers are brining better products on the market because the AWD Taurus was fully loaded and NEW, only cost me 23k which was great because I could finance it and still stay within my payments. Ill be honest, I probably would not have bought a car from here if I was not referred but these guys really have clean, factory vehicles that are like new and at great prices. I had an overall great experience and I will be recommending my friends here as well.

I called to set a test drive, their google maps showed surrey, went down and the place was empty, turns out they just moved to langley, so now i have to drive all the way down. Let them know and they said, ok thank you... Great customer service if you like easy in and out deals. About the dealerships vehicles, prices and finance, it was really good. My vehicle was Fully inspected by BCAA and they gave me a full car proof, i ended up buying a 2013 VW Jetta for $3000 below the market value and it still had a full bumber to bumber factory warranty and i had Jacob complete the financing through TD Bank, and they mentioned i was approved through RBC as well, they had really good rates so i bought the vehicle. PROS: They have clean vehicles, low prices and full financing CONS: they tend to be nice but need to work on their customer support and cummunication skills because it seems as if they think its all about the lowest prices, but sometimes a smile and a handshake goes a long way.

I recently came across this dealership in search for a Nissan Sentra, they had the car I wanted but not the color I needed, black on black. After waiting a week to find me the car I wanted they got me a nice black Nissan sentra. Very happy with my new car and it still had full factory warranty which I will take to Nissan for all future works, but came here for the discounted prices on the vehicle. They had great financing, I got financed with them through RBC and they also had the option of TD Bank too, the customer service was just great, there are so many dealerships, lots of great deals but the customer service and pricewas really good, and the fact that they treated me well was the reason i bought a car. I have to say, there operation is medium sized and sometimes you have to wait to talk to someone but they do their best to service you and get you what you need at honestly the best price I saw online.

If you are looking for a trustworthy used car dealership, King of Cars is a great place to buy your car from. They have very clean vehicles with great quality and great prices as well. Their service is great, too. Most importantly, they do not play games with you in order to rip you off. I just purchased my 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 coupe from King of Cars. It was such a great experience. The car is perfect. The car is like brand new and I love it. In addition, every staff of King of Cars was very friendly and helpful. Especially, the sales specialist and financing specialist, Jason and Jim, were really kind and supportive. They will do everything they can in order to assist you. I strongly recommend King of Cars.
