It is one of the worst experiences in my life, bad service, bad customer service. My car that Ive purchased a couple of years ago has an Interstate Battery, the battery has a warranty sticker on it, so I called interstate battery and gave them the part # and code and asked them if still under warranty, they told me based on the #s you gave us then it is. I asked them for a dealer near me and there wasnt any, they said that I have to come to them for free replacement. I called again to confirm with the front desk lady there and told here please to check again since I am going to have to waste half of my day driving out of my town to them and provided all #s to her and she confirmed that I am in titled for free replacement. Second day I drove there, they tested the battery and told me that it is an old model and not covered for free replacement, and they tried to sell me a used battery with dings and somewhat that someone has returned , what kind of tricks are they playing, its not about the money, its about principles. If it was me I would have reimbursed that person regardless to keep my word even if it would put me at a loss. It was frustrating to me driving for a couple of hours there and I have another couple of hours to go back , and after all the confirmation, they tell me , nothing we can do for you, buy this or put your old battery and dont waste our time or yours. But thats not all, they could have apologized sincerely, but they didnt, instead the lady there was shouting and a couple of the warehouse guys gathered around me and my friend quietly but you can feel that like they are getting ready for a fight, they made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable. We are civilized people, so at that point we decided to leave , and before I left I said calmly and "civilizengly" that Ill go to Costco for better service and great customer service and to be treated with respect and that Ill never recommend them or interstate battery to anyone and no need for hostility or that kind of tone, take it easy, I am the victim here. What a day!

My review is on the battery not the distributor. Purchased my Interstate Battery 2 years ago (upon the advise of the mechanic who changed my oil). I went up to Kelowna last week and the battery was dead the following morning. We had it jump started and recharged. The following morning the battery was dead again! How could a 2-year old battery die just by going over the mountains? I was also made to pay for a new battery even it was still under warranty! To me, this battery cost me more because of the stress of having to revive it 3x and more so losing a lot of quality family fun time! Will have to check for other reliable brands.

Staff there were more interested in arguing over invoices that serving customers. Left after a few long minutes of waiting around. I guess business must be great when you ignore customers of their way in and out. Go elsewhere! This store is a distribution center for the other interstate outfits who are nothing less than excellent. As a result, if you are needing a RV battery for a 150 bucks or so. Its to small potatoes for this particular store.

Worst customer service ever. They are a Joke. We have tried to get their batteries in our service department for over a year. Every time they point the finger at someone else for dropping the ball. Brutal........... Im buying AC Delco in the future.

Needed a new ATV battery. Gave the office assistant the details of which one I needed off the net. She went and came back with what I needed in a minute. No problems, fast service, pleasant staff.
