As a woman, sometimes confidence in mechanics is difficult to come by. Rene & Fernridge Automotive came highly recommended from friends. Their opinion was born out by the excellent service and clear explanation of the required services. I feel at ease calling for appointments, and have recommended them to others because of my positive experiences. I desperately needed to get the timing belt, water pump and thermostat replaced in my 2004 Jetta. Renee was courteous, proffessional and got me slotted in in only a few days. I had a quote from another shop and he was able to beat the original price, too! Got a loaner car at no cost and Renee has been generous with his time and even checked my check engine code another time with no additional charge. I highly recommend this place!
