Always a great experience at this location. Great staff, which also means good management. As a side note for those shopping around: I tried some other rental agency competitors once just to compare. I was warned that they try to charge customers over and over for the same damage. So when I returned the car I had the competitor management try to bill me for preexisting damage...which I had documented. The manager insited I had been rear ended and was trying to hide it. It wasnt until an employee spoke up and backed me up that the bumper was like that when I picked it up, then the manager went to his office and closed the door and had the employee tell me the charge wouldnt be included. Thats horrible management skills, when they cant face you after. Enterprise has always been honest and fair with no hassles. Its an easy experience without ever feeling they are going to try to bill you extra at the end like the competitor.

Came to pickup my pre-paid car rental but the car looked like it had just been driven a thousand miles - filthy! ..could barely see out the window through all the bug stains. When I commented to staff that the car was filthy the reply was well the inside is clean. I appreciate that maybe I was being rushed through the sign-in process to get me on my way, but didnt even get to inspect the car before I was asked to sign off. As a business owner Im BIG on customer service, and expect the same from the companies I choose to deal with. Was not overly impressed with the level of service and the filthy car I was expected to drive away in. If you dont have time to clean it at LEAST acknowledge it, and maybe even offer clean if I wait, or pay for a wash elsewhere. Will likely consider another rental place next time.

Today (04/12/2014) at 2:30 pm, I returned to this Enterprise location, the car which was rented there and reviewed on this site two days ago. Travis, a management trainee, took interest in my comments that I had rated their Enterprise Rent-A-Car location as just 2 out of 5 based upon my initial rental experience with them. During the drive back to Craftsman Collision to pick up my repaired car, Travis took note of my issues which included the delays in the initial rental and the condition of the rental vehicle. Even though I said I wouldnt likely use them again, he emailed me an apology for having "not been able to meet our customer service standards for your rental" and extended me a "20% discount and a free upgrade for your next rental". For these efforts, I have increased their rating to 3 out of 5.

I rented a car on Dec 4th as mine was being serviced. I was picked up at the car dealership by a wonderful young lady named Krita -friendly,efficient and perfectly professional both in her manner and in her dealings with me at the Enterprise outlet. I was amused as she is a rather tiny lady smartly dressed and she arrived to pick me up in a large wide truck. Enterprise could not have enough employees like her. I briefly dealt with the other reps at the outlet and they were all to notch. So that location is in very good hands indeed. Kudos to them all!

Im a frequent renter of vehicles from this location and have always found the staff to be professional and courteous. Booking, pick up and drop off is hassle free and they offer a free ride if required. Not long ago I rented a SUV and the previous renter had been smoking in the vehicle. I was under time constraints to make the ferry and to make me happy they gave me 15% off the rental charge and bring the vehicle back on empty. Im more than happy with this location of Enterprise and will continue to do all my rental business with them

In my opinion, Tarun and his Team are the best staff I have found to date. I travel all over N/A and they are #1 in my books. Great rates and staff that actually can walk you through their rentals and set up your Bluetooth, demonstrate features of the vehicle, etc. I rented the Buick Regal and what a Joy! Power matched with fuel economy and comfort. Was like driving in a LazyBoy. I would highly recommend you call them and rent from Enterprise Langley. Thanks Tarun, see you soon!

When I first picked up my rental car as my car was in the body shop a second time, the people were great. it takes over a month to get your deposit back? I still have not received it. I work for a rental company myself and it does not take that long , it only takes about 5 business days. You people really need to get on it right away and stop withholding peoples money for a long period of time.

I like using enterprise as my salesperson is always great and attends to any of my specific needs regarding the type of vehicle required. Used enterprise many times over the years and service has always been excellent! Great people! Great service! Ive always used the Langley location

Overall experience was good, but the company did not inform me that in ADDITION to the bridge toll, they charge a $4.00 ADMIN fee each time you use the Port Mann bridge. I was not informed of this ahead of time, and got an unwelcome surprise on my Visa bill. NOT GOOD.
