Not impressed...Sent an email stating I was inquiring about a Stretch SUV to YVR on Dec 31 and a regular SUV on Jan 8 as wanting to treat my son to the Stretch SUV for our trip. Online you can get price outs for same vehicle roundtrip but not different types so I sent an email. Got a response within a few minutes stating they dont take advance bookings for Dec 31! ...Who would not want to have an advance booking for such a night...oh well, they just lost a potential customer as I was planning on booking them, I had just wanted a proper price out for the way I wanted to book things...Not even worth 1 star as cant even get a booking. I will not take this down because now Sarb is harassing me. Sending me multiple emails telling me to take this rating off. I have now had to block him since he has emailed quite a few times now and does it after midnight. That is not how you do business. You take these type of ratings with a grain of salt, explain if you can and move on. You do NOT harass someone, that is very poor business practice. If he keeps harassing although I have blocked the email that he is using then I will have to call the police.We have every right to post a review.... Also he claims he does not have a 5 person SUV in the fleet well then his online booking/quote system should be corrected to reflect and also Sarb claims that the drivers do not work after 3am, well again adjust the online booking/quote system to reflect that or at least STATE it on the webpage. Geeze! Not that hard to do...... What if I had indeed used the online system instead of emailing my inquiry??? Since my original review a few days ago the website has now been updated to not have the 5 person SUV and I did not know that when I edited my review just before 1am on June 3 but I am adding this statement instead of deleting since I just looked at the website and the list no longer shows the SUV BUT it does still let you choose any time except 11:30pm starting at midnight and going through the day to 11pm on the drop down menu

Never book with this company. I was planning to rent a transport for my daughters birthday and I decided to call thi company one month before to know their prices and they told me that $150 was the price for a transport from point A to point B with a Liconln Navigator including water/pops and that I should call one week or two days before to do the booking. Called one week before and the person who answer the phone (a total aihole if you excuse my french) with a weird ascent and very unpolite tone told me that for one way transport the price will go up $200 including tax and tips with no water/pops something that I wasnt told before and even worse he couldnt guarantee the Licoln Navigator transport although their web site list a $150 price for a Liconln Navigator transport. After listening to their explanations that his company is like an airline where prices can go up and down anytime, decided that this "guy" and his company were the worst thing you wanted to deal with, makes me wonder if this is the way how they treat clients over the phone, how the actual service is? Ive read the postings here .. To the guy that complained. I have used Sarb and company at Destiny Limo for over four years ! My family used to own a Limo business and they never did the extra things for my kids that Sarb has. I have booked several limos for my kids birthday parties. Sarb has never changed his word on me, and he has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me plan these parties for my kids. Possibly, you were shopping around and screwed up who you called.. Sarb has recommended fun things for my Kids to do on their special day, and even recommended I take my daughters 13 year old birthday friends to a chocolate factory on Robson Street . Anyone who doesnt use these professional guys is just asking for disappointment ... Wouldnt go to anyone else ...

Destiny Limousine is absolutely superb! The staff is very nice and easy to talk too. I was able to book a great surprise birthday outing for one of my friends on a date and time that worked well for us. The staff was able to work around our busy schedules which was fantastic. Our limo was very clean, roomy and well stocked with glasses and napkins. It also had an excellent sound system. Our driver was also friendly and didnt mind our loud music!! I highly recommend using Destiny Limousines! They are awesome for any type of special event. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Booked limo for early morning ride to the Vancouver airport (to be honest I was little scared if they gonna show up on time) but driver was almost 20 min early. Full 5 star for driver being on time and if I have option will give then 5 more star for service from start to the end. Johney
