I rarely write reviews and I never thought Id give 5 stars to a business, especially a body shop, but Ford Dams Collision did an excellent job on my 2014 F150. I had a hood dent and being that my truck was an FX4 appearance package truck it would also require a new hood decal. I was scared to bring the truck in for repairs and had delayed it because finding a good body shop is hard (Ive been burned before). But this shop came through! You cant even tell the hood was ever repaired! It looks great, and the decal was replaced and looks flawless! They washed and cleaned my truck and as an added bonus my once sticky cruise control buttons are not sticky anymore! Whatever the guy did who cleaned my truck, thank you! I had tried spraying cleaner in there and was about to take it apart! What a bonus I will take all future repairs here.

I just had to write a review for this body shop as in the past I have experienced nothing but frustration with previous ones I have used. This was a completely different experience! The staff went above and beyond, and the repairs are perfect. I dropped it off, received a lovely loaner vehicle, and they handled everything with ICBC - and then called me that is was ready two days early! These people are true professionals!!

When my Explorer was involved in a crash, it seemed logical to take it to Ford for repairs - and Im so happy that I did! The staff at Dams were personable, attentive, thorough, quick, and professional - and my SUV looks great. They insisted on only using OEM parts, and the repairs are fully guaranteed. Five stars, and two thumbs up! Thank you for the great service!
