Driving Force is the absolute BEST in customer service. I have been working with Ande (she is such a pleasure to deal with) for over 3 years. We go on a large work trip each year that requires 2 large trucks rented for 2+ weeks. Before we used to rent through the other companies like Uhaul and when we would go to pick up the trucks they would be smaller or bigger than booked... the problem with this is that budgets are carefully made based on the size of the truck, distance and fuel required. If we ended up with a truck any smaller, our trip would be jeopardized. Ande makes sure we have our trucks as arranged. They are always in EXCELLENT condition. The customer services reps will always give you the low down on all the features (which is great for a non-truck driver). We even had a small smack-up last year and were worried that would effect us for future rentals - NOPE, b/c we had the insurance, Driving Force handled everything very nicely and we have booked again for 2016. Thank you Ande and Team for always making customer service #1. YOU GUYS ROCK.

I have personally been working with Driving Force for 4 months now, however my company has used them prior to my arrival. Their team is extremely friendly & wonderful to work with. They noticed we were using their company often and came up with discounted rates for us, which proves they are simply always one step ahead of the game. Theyre vehicles are always in immaculate condition. The pick up and drop off service is a must and so convenient with our busy event schedule. Very unprofessional. Told me I had to get the $25 extra insurance coverage or I was 100% liable for all damage or theft (not the case). I asked about transferring my insurance from my similar vehicle and was told it was not worth the lengthy paper work. After I asked to talk to a manager they did it in 10 seconds. On top of that the vehicle I had lined up an hour previous on the phone was not available when I arrive and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to get one over from another location. I will never use them again.

It was 5:45 PM and driving force closed at 6:00PM, I called and asked if they had any vehicles left and if it was possible to rent to me on such short notice. A pregnant lady stayed a few mins past closing just to make sure I had a vehicle. The vehicle was much nicer than I had expected and it was cheaper then the aholes down the street that told me to come back the next day because they were closing soon. I hope that pregnant lady won some kind of employee of the month. THANKS DRIVING FORCE!

My husband and I just stumbled upon this place to rent a car for road trips. We were quite surprised at how accommodating they have been, everything they say they will do they do. There doesnt seem to be any hassle. We have enjoyed our rental cars and now think its the only way to travel for road trips. As we are also in the process of purchasing a new car this has been a nice way to try out a variety of vehicles. The rates are reasonable and there are no surprises upon your return.

The team at Driving Force is absolutely amazing. They took care of everything, calling me back when they said they would, explaining all the charges, and even being open to change when I asked to switch from a 5 tonne to a 1 tonne. Well worth the drive to move my East Vancouver house. Would recommend over any other provider. Beat customer service, best rates, and the people behind the counter are real people who can empathize. Thank you for making a very stressful time so easy.

Highly recommend renting from Driving Force Langley over any other rental company. We rented an 8 passenger Ford Transit for a ski trip which had ample space and comfortable for the drive into the Interior. They rent a wide range of vehicles for pretty much any type of excursion. Excellent customer service from the Rental desk, especially Kristine and Cameron. They keep things simple and hassle-free.

I reserved a minivan for July 7-14. There was an overbooked, and I almost was not able to get one if not for Christine and Tammy. Because of you two that my family is able to travel in one minivan today instead having to use two cars. Your aim for customer satisfaction is beyond what I expected. Rented an 8 passenger van from Langley, BC location. The vehicle was very clean and very well maintained. Although it was difficult winter driving conditions the van had good snow tires and handled quite well. Returning the van after hours was no problem as they use a drop box. We will definitely be renting from Driving Force again.

We rented Dodge Caravan for a long trip to Edmonton. Almost brand new van with only 6 k on the meter but very basic model. No built-in GPS or rear camera. This van has AC ducts on the front only. The service was very professional, nice and pleasant staff. Easy and fair dealing. We also found their rates reasonable.

Dont come here if you dont have a major visa credit card. We flew to Edmonton with a car reservation and were told once we arrived they dont accept visa debit. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Never using them again.
