Came here to fix my truck for damage to the front wheel well and door. The quality of work was good except for one thing. At one point the plastic wheel well shroud was removed and reinstalled. There happens to be a brake line that runs through this. After driving away the first time, I noticed a clunking sound when I hit a bump. So I took it back for them to look at. They were able to resolve the noise, but did so in a completely backwards way.. The noise it turns out was coming from the brake line being routed improperly. It was actually tucked up into the top of the engine compartment and taped with masking tape to some other cables, instead of using the plastic clasps that clip into the body. This had made the brake line pull tight against the truck, and so when I hit a bump, the line was actually bending the cover upwards as it had zero room to play. So I drove away a second time after their new fix. Was the solution to identify the poorly routed cable and to secure it properly? No. Their fix was to take a knife and cut a slit through the mud guard, so that the tight cable no longer pulled against it. And then they left the original redneck method of securing the cables with tape untouched. At this point it was not worth my time to drive out there to have them yet another attempt to do the job properly. So I ended up routing and mounting the cable myself and now Im left with a nice cut hole in the plastic. Pretty disappointing.

I went in to get my windshield replaced and while the service seemed fine, after I got in my car and left I noticed the seal tape stuff along the bottom was cut too short so I have an 1 1/2 inch gap on the drivers side with the end exposed. Then when I got home I noticed on the passenger side and the hood of my car there are several large drops of the black windshield glue that Ive been told cant be removed without damaging the paint. My car is silver so this is pretty noticeable! I immediately took pictures and sent them to the email on theIr website thinking with how great the service had been up to that point, some one would help make this right but it has now been over a week and no one has bothered to call me or even email me back. So if you are looking to have your car leave looking like you got your glass done by a hack shop, this is the place for you. Be warned their customer service is only good until you have a complaint with your service then they disappear!

This is my second visit to this location. Made an appointment to come in to get the windshield replaced. They were gracious and said no problem, to bring the car in first thing in the morning. Dropped off at 8am and it was finished by lunch (with a car wash!) Staff are super helpful, polite, smile and offer great advice. I will definitely bring my car back again.
