Ive never been more insulted by anyone let alone an employee who specializes in customer service in my life. I work a legitimate full time job and have had my car in the shop for the past few days due to a rear end. First off one of the guys at the desk lists off a few vehicles they have available and honestly my knowledge of cars isnt that great. I look outside with no help from anybody still unsure of whats available not a single worker came out to advise me what my options are. Me and my fiancé come back in and the owner flat out tells me he will not rent me a vehicle. When asked why when a few minutes ago everything was fine they straight up tell me my fiancé is a meth addict and they can tell... at first I was thinking possibly because Im younger maybe they were hesitant about my reasoning for needing a rental. I have a valid class 4 drivers license, good credit, a solid job but these assholes decide that my fiancé looks like a "meth head" exact words. No class. Sure you reserve the right to deny service ill accept that but for an actual reason. Every piece of documentation needed was legitimate and available. But the person Im with you embarrassed and openly called a "meth head" which is far from the truth. I hope one day you face the same judgement. I could say you are an obese gluttonous prick who has no class or enough of a brain to make his own judgements. I could be wrong but I mean you make assumptions and believe your in the right so I guess we all should.

Amazing customer service so far! Polite, knowledgeable, confident—you really get the sense youre in good hands, whether in the lot or on the phone. Theres something about this place, you can tell these folks are passionate about what they do and really care about their customers. Im getting ready to head out of town for Canada Day long weekend and had been scouring other places trying to find something reasonably priced that wasnt a tin can since were heading up the Coquihalla. Just about everything was sold out, a few places had small cars available for a premium rate, some as high as $120+ a day just because its the long weekend! Anyway, called these guys and theyve set me up with a Jeep Wrangler for the long weekend at their very reasonable regular rate. Gave me the total after tax on the phone, no hidden fees or surprises. And I can return it on the Sunday, lots of other places Id have had to rent it until Tuesday because of the stat. Really impressed with Davids help so far and looking forward to picking it up in a week. Ill post an edit at the end of my experience with an update on how it went.

Great team great service! Their customer service was top notch. We came early in the morning truck was ready to roll, which was fab as we had movers coming within the hour to pack and load. When the movers were leaving we realized the truck keys could not be found. I immediately called Canadian Truck...they said I could come and pick up an extra set. (I had a ferry to catch and the keys were found!) Then once on the ferry I realized the bill for the ferry, seemed quite high. So I called Canadian Truck again...they walked me through the truck details and how to share the info with the Chief Stewart so the bill could be corrected. Without their help on both occasions this move could have been a nightmare. We are so grateful. The truck had a smooth ride and it was clean. It was very easy to drive even in heavy weather, wind and rain.

FANTASTIC service by Mike and Ryan. They bailed us out after Uhaul didnt come through on moving day. Cant say enough about these two guys and Canadian Car and Truck. They offered top notch service, great price and well maintained vehicles. I would not hesitate to use them or suggest them when you need a vehicle. Best of all, when you call their number THEY answer the phone. Not someone in another country who is trying have someone from Surrey pick up a truck in Chilliwack. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! "NO UHAUL" Just use these folks.The 5 ton Hino moving truck is a pleasure to drive and very good on fuel. Staff are organized, polite and friendly.Had a truck booked with Uhaul a month in advance but was told to drive 200kms to pick it up (2 days before move). Sincerely wish I would have dealt with these guys to begin with.....lesson learned!!!

Weve been using these guys for work when we need to temporarily expand our fleet and have never been disappointed. They are quick, courteous and extremely knowledgable. Ryan and Mike might be the friendliest guys weve ever met. While not the closest to our head office, once we tried this company, weve never considered going anywhere else.

Mike (tall with a beard) is amazing and I really mean that. Service was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Extremely stressful time for me and he made the whole process very smooth. Totally recommend Mike and Canadian Car & Truck Rental....I did phone several rentals agencies but they dont compare in service, knowledge or pricing.

Jeff saved the day for me when Uhaul told me to pick up my truck in Kelowna! He guaranteed me a 1 ton on short notice. It was a great truck that had a liftgate on the back which made getting heavy items in and out a lot easier. Save yourself the hassle, skip Uhaul and call these guys as they wont leave you hanging.
