Do not order from these guys, I placed an order then realized I had made a mistake, sent them a email not even two hours after placing the order, I was ignored. Then I tried to call, not just once or twice but multiple times. Ive emailed them since and tried to call, its been over a week now and I still havent heard a peep. $799.99 is a lot of money, as far as Im concerned cts Turbo is run by scammers. Do not buy from them, especially if you plan on having to get ahold of them. Worst experience ever. I would go with, 034 motorsports, usp motorsports, or integrated engineering. They were all helpful and took time to figure out the issue and how it could be resolved!

I cant tell you what kind of work they do because I was never able to get them on the phone. Everytime I tried to call CTS somone at PDR eventually picked up and made excuses for no one at CTS answering their phone. Im thinking that if I did some business with CTS Turbo and I needed to contact them for help or service that I would be S.O.L. Pretty bad. After about my 6th attempt the guy at PDR said to email them because they usually answer that. Isnt that great?

Im confused by those reviews that claim CTS Turbo is nothing but awesome. Two weekends in a row I have ordered parts directly from their website and they have arrived to me by Wednesday. There was free shipping at the time and they were on sale. I really have nothing but great things to say about CTS Turbo and their parts fit like a glove on VW GTI!

Charged me twice for shipping and import charges after i made 2 seperate orders on the same day. No reply to emails very disapointed and ripped off when i should of clearly paid once for shipping as both items i ordered came in the same box via ups!
