If I could give A-Pro 6/5 stars, I would. When I was studying and living in Langley while my parents lived on the Island, I knew I could count on A-Pro to give me advice, see my car on short notice, and help me out in crisis situations. My parents love the A-Pro team, and have often expressed how thankful they are that A-Pro is looking out for me and my safety. Now, as a new grad working in the area, I still rely on A-Pro. I know I can give Melanie a call at any given moment, and she is always eager to listen to me, give me advice, take my car in on short notice, and follow up with me to make sure all is still running smoothly. The team at A-Pro is phenomenal at trouble shooting, and I always feel safe going back on the road when my car has been in their hands. These are good, honest people, and they treat me with fairness, respect, and kindness. Thank you, Mel and the A-Pro team!

Yes, Mel and the team definitely confirmed my confidence in excellent, honest service; competent mechanics and all-round good business. From day one when they helped my daughter getting her vintage RAV4 Aircare certified, A-Pro has been there to service and fix. No fuss, no inflated bills. I remember when the Aircare solution was not obvious and I wanted to bail out, Mel said: "You havent met us yet, we dont give up." Im happy I trusted them to do their stuff, and in the process came to know an excellent shop to keep my daughter safe on the road.

I have known Loyd and had my vehicles serviced at his shop for many years and in my opinion, you could not find a more dedicated and honest person to maintain your car or truck. A-Pro Automotive has the best customer service I have every experienced. Mel at the service desk is always helpful, schedules your appointment as soon as possible, and is very knowledgeable about your automotive questions. Loyds mechanics are always the best and I have that peace of mind and confidence in knowing that my vehicle has been correctly maintained by them.

Good autoshops are hard to find and this place is fantastic! When they worked on our car, they kept us apprised the entire time. At one point, the mechanic showed us the diagnostic, and explained it in laymens terms. They got us fixed up for aircare, and ran another test to make sure we were all set. Afterwords, they even followed up with a phone call to ensure we passed. This experience restored my faith that there are good mechanic shops out there. Honest, integrous, and ethical all the way!

The best you can hope for in life is to find a good doctor and an honest mechanic. I already had one of the former, but feel blessed to have discovered the latter, too, when I found Melanie and the gang at A-Pro. They are honest, thorough and professional every step of the way and go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and drive home safely. I couldnt recommend them higher!

These guys are great! Ive been dealing with Loyd for over ten years, and hes done a great job keeping my cars running well passed their prime. In fact, I had a truck with with 350,000+ kms that he brought back from the dead easily passed AirCare. They also try hard to keep the repairs within your budget. I prefer dealing with them even though theyre 25 minutes away from where I live.

Had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend them. We broke down on Dec. 23rd with our four kids in the van and got turned downed from a number of shops; however A-Pro was incredibly kind and let us hang out in their office while they got us back on the road for the Christmas trip to the Okanagan. Kind people, good ethics and great service. Definitely 5 stars.

These guys are pretty awesome. Ive gone to a few of the other shops around Langley and none of them quite have that customer focus that these folks have. They are straight shooters and good folks who listen to their customers and they try their best to provide the best value every time I visit. I tell everyone that I know about this shop.

Just moved to Langley, and looked online for a local Mechanic I found them on google and read the reviews and decided to give them a shot. I Had an A/C issue with my wifes truck, and we were heading out of town that weekend, they got me in before the weekend and the service was great!! Thanks guys much appreciated!

Excellent customer service: friendly, knowledgeable, take responsibility backing up their work do not lie if they dont know. Only issue is they go through Lordco that has ridiculously expensive parts (A-Pro does not control). They have looked after my vehicles for 8 years now.

Had to get my O2 sensor replaced and car aircared so I could get insurance in short order. Even though they were booked up, they helped me find out exactly what I needed to do to make my car pass aircare; gave me advice on what brand of sensor I needed, etc. Good peoples.
