I don`t ever write online reviews but my Experience at visions has been so awesome I had to come on here and share my experience! I have been shopping at Visions now for over a year and won`t shop anywhere else for all the Electronics Visions carries! My 1st purchase was a new high end 4k curved big screen TV from LG, when it got delivered and taken out of the box it had some marks on the screen (LG`s fault not Visions) that i`m sure only I would notice because of how OCD I can be over things like that. Visions delivered a new TV with delivery and installation free of charge because I wasn`t happy with the one that was dropped off! the 2nd one dropped off also had a few marks on the screen which was odd especially seeing as my mom had bought the same TV the same time which was fine with no problems. well Visions came and replaced my TV a 2nd time free of charge determined to make me a happy customer. 3rd TV finally perfect with no probelms and has been amazing ever since! this experience of visions and my salesman Tanner Watt going the extra mile to keep me happy won me over as a customer! Since my 1st purchase I have been back to buy 2 more TV`s, a sound Bar for my TV, a few Tv stands, A Samsung Galaxy Tablet, DSLR Camera and a few more smaller Purchases. Every time I have shopped around online before going in and left with the best Deal in town! Now my Mom and Fiance also go to Visions for all there Purchases! Every time I have gone I have dealt with Tanner Watt who I recommend everyone go see! He is super Knowledgeable and isn`t just a pushy Salesmen like most places! He is helpful and will make you feel totally comfortable with your purchase and make sure you leave satisfied! Definitely amazing customer service!! I recommend everyone shop Visions Langford and speak to Tanner Watt for help, I used to shop Best Buy for everything and you will get a lot more knowledge and help then the staff they have at Best Buy and even if Visions don`t have the lowest price (which they often do) They will beat the lowest price in town!

I have bought a smart TV, camera, and several small items at this store with no problems previously. I had a complete car stereo install done and the work was satisfactory. The problem came when they suggested I finance the job as it is completely free for three months and why use your own money. Well when I got my bill it was not free at all. When I confronted the manager he told me that if that was the finance companies policy there was nothing he could do. I insisted he make this rite and he made a call to the finance company while I was right there. He said all I had to do was call them and they would look after it. After discussing this with the finance company they would not reverse the finance fee and agreed it was clearly misrepresented at the store. After arguing a third time with this manager I insisted he credit me the fee. He finally did after getting very defensive and said it is not their job to explain things to customers. I was shocked at his response and attitude. I have been a automotive service manager on Vancouver Island for twenty five years and I would say this is a text book example of how not to treat customers. I have spent a lot of money at this store and to experiance this kind of customer service is unacceptable. They will not get another dollar of mine!

I had heard about Visions on radio ads and checked them out online since I was in the market for a new TV for my bedroom. I found one online and then made the trip to the store. I walked in an no one greeted me even though there was more staff than customers in there. I walked around trying to find the TV and still no one had offered to help me. I pulled up the website on my phone and walked up to the desk and had to wait for them to stop their personal conversations to ask for assistance. I showed him the picture of the TV that was on sale ans found out that since is was the cheaper model it was not on the floor and was in the back so I did not even get to see it to compare its quality to the other TVs there. By then I was pretty angry about the service at this store so I just made him get the cheaper one from the back and bought it and left. Thankfully it works fine but I will not ever go back to that store again. I will pay more at another store of company. They also lost the opportunity to up-sell me by showing me the other choices I could have gone with. I mentioned my disappointment and apologized for being grump and the sales associate said he will mention it. I have no faith that anything will be said to the other staff. Very disappointed.

Beyond frustrated with this company. The idiot they have managing this location now is ruining what used to be a somewhat decent experience. I would go to Visions because other locations such as Future Shop stopped doing Car installs. I got to know the employees here and before this man became manager they were happy with their work and now its like a wasteland in there run by zombies. The new guy has actually turned there office into a "Man Cave" where he sits all day shining his football helmets. (it literally says man cave above the door). My wife was incredibly unhappy over the sight of this and said it was inappropriate. I think shes right- not very professional. I spoke with an employee the other day who I wont name, he said that other employees were getting their pay taken away? Time off being taken away... Spoken down too... People are dropping like flies... NEWS FLASH BUDDY, the employees are what keep us coming back! There are other places that you can get car installs done you were just closer to my home. I asked the associate why he didnt reach out to their HR Department, or there District management.......... Turns out they have no HR, AND THE NEW MANAGER IS "FRIENDS WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER" Rediculous. Too bad the old guy left.

We recently had someone from Vision Electronic to come take a look at our speaker system. The technician came and realized in 5mins that our speakers were off and just needed to be turned on. He said it would be $100 ($50 for his time and $50 for him to find the problem). We were ok with that since it was our fault for not checking the speakers to see if they were on or off. We were willing to pay $100. A couple hours later, the manager sent us the invoice. There were a couple of EXTRA charges on there that we werent sure about. One of them being $4.94 for "home theatre parts". We called and asked what that charge was since the technician did not use any parts and was done within 5mins. The manager said its a "generic charge and everyone gets it on their bill". I think that is completely ridiculous. We would be willing to pay for that without any hesitation if the technician used any parts but he didnt. He actually used our own remote to turn our speakers on. FYI, next time you guys decide to make up charges, at least do something that makes sense. We are very UNHAPPY with your company.
