In the last few years I feel like great customer service has become a thing of the past....so I have to share an amazing experience I had the other day. Got a nail in my tire while driving to a Realtor tour. Dropped it off at Kal Tire on Millstream and went back a few hours later. Much to my surprise they didnt charge me. I asked why and he said " no reason". I asked him if he was serious and he said "yes, there is no charge". I asked again (as I thought this was a joke) and finally he said for me to think of them if I never need new tires or service. Now that is taking customer service to the next level. Guaranteed I will think of them next time or give them a referral. I am in a business where word of mouth and customer service is everything and I was so happy to have had such an amazing experience in a time in society where this is rare. Big thanks to Kal Tire and their employees.

Went in for a new set of rubber for my wheels and an alignment. They called me back shortly after dropping vehicle off to tell me they wouldnt be able to do an alignment properly as my ball joints were worn out. They explained that it was up to me if I wanted to just get the rubber or have the ball joints replaced as well and a proper alignment. There was no pressure. I decided for having the ball joints replaced, as its a major component in the steering system and with an alignment will help with proper tire wear. They said they could fit me in, had parts on hand, offered me a service vehicle free of charge, and even texted me when my vehicle was ready for pick up. They were friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and did not pressure. Very pleased with this Kal Tire shop and would definitely go back.

Brought my rental vehicle in when I found my rear drivers side tire was flat. They saw my vehicle within and hour and a half of arriving which is phenomenal considering I didnt have an appointment and they didnt charge to repair the nail puncture. If thats how they treat someone who isnt really a customer (vehicle wasnt mine and I dont think Avis buys tires from them) then I can only imagine how good they will treat an actual customer. I dont live on the island but because of these guys the Kal Tire in Mississauga has a new customer for life.

Took my car to them to have it evaluated for sale. Already knew the brakes needed replacing as per my dealerships evaluation during a recall servicing. Kal told me that a couple other things that the qualified union shop didnt tell me about needed repairs. Took it to Tennyson Auto who told me they were in agreement with the manufacturer and dealer and that everything was great except for the brakes. Thanks for the loss of the sale Kal Tire. If you want great service and (incredibly) qualified vehicle service, go to Tennyson Auto.

I had just tried to purchase two new tires from a competitor, but found their service team patronizing and manipulative. Took my business down the hill and not only did I get great service (as they had my cars history online so they immediately knew what tires I had/needed) they sold me what I wanted and didnt attempt to dictate to me what I should purchase. And just generally good, pleasant mannnerisms. If you have to spend hard earned $$$ on tires, do it at the Kal Tire in Langford.

I took my car into the langford location after giving them a call and explaining to them i was having a problem with my car. The man i spoke with said it was a safety issue and they would fit me in right away. I brought my car in and they took care of it right away and i had my car back by days end. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first experience with them but they will be my choice for auto repairs from now on. Thanks for the great service.

Took my tire here to get repaired. It had a very small screw in it. I was told it was unfixable. I took it to another tire shop and they said 100% fixable and that the screw was not in a difficult spot at all. Very disappointed as I truly did not believe they would be dishonest like that. Glad I listened to my father who encouraged me to take it elsewhere as it was a good pirelli tire. Will never get my business again when I actually need to replace all four.

An excellent team of professionals who go the extra % to ensure customer satisfaction and that the job is done right! While on holiday in June we had a slow puncture in our hire car. The staff at this branch, particularly Albert, were welcoming, reassuring and helpful. They unloaded and reloaded our packed boot, fixed the problem as quickly as they could and didnt even charge us. The customer service was amazing and the waiting area was clean and girl as well as guy friendly.

Terrible service. I went in to purchase some new rims and they did not help me to figure out what I was looking for when I explained the look. They said a bunch of terminology I did not understand and would not explain it to me. Terrible experience. I ended up going to SHC and was blown away buy how good their service was!

Horrible experience. Didnt really seem to want to help me or sell me tires, just kind of brushed any questions off. Didnt have a good experience and left with a ridiculously high quote for something Im not sure was correct for my car or my needs. Have heard other Kal Tires are good, but this one turned me off.

Great customer service. Had a nail in my tire and had it fixed within a half hour!! 2008 Lancer. Not a scratch on the rim too. They also gave me a great deal hoping to keep me as a customer - it worked, I will be back! See you guys in a month to get some pricing on winter tires and rims! 10/10

We had a tire emergency late on a Saturday afternoon and after having three other tire places prove unable to help, Kal Tire on Millstream saved the day--they gave a good deal, quick service and Brian behind the desk was awesome. Major thanks and will definitely use them again!

Absolutely the best service from any car shop that I have been to. They care about their customer, regardless whether they end up in a sale or not. I would buy tires from them just because of their excellent service. They have popcorn and coffee to add to their service as well.

Had an engine light come on Sunday and called Kal tire first thing Monday morning. They got me in right away, fixed a number of issues, kept in touch and then I got a text as soon as it was ready. Fast and super friendly service. They seem to know we need our cars! Thx Kal
