I took my car in to get some ICBC work done on it, I wanted to take it in 3 months after so I would not have to pay my deductible. During that time life happened and I had lost the original estimate, they went digging for it for me so I would not have to wait any longer. Also I had asked them to paint the cover for my new mirror (It was not attached), as for the price I am unsure what other auto body places charge but I found it to be reasonable. What took me by surprise is that they installed my new mirror with out me asking or being charged extra for it. As a female I find it hard to go to a auto repair/auto body shop and not feel belittled or feel like I am being ripped off. I did not feel that way with Craftsman, they were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this business.

They gave my personal information to a 3rd party - a survey company who is now harassing me to tell them about my experience with Craftsman. Not a pleasant experience and a violation of my privacy. Also my vehicle went in with a working rear wiper, they did work where the rear wiper is, and they gave the vehicle back with a non-functional rear wiper. They say it wasnt them and wont fix it, now I have to pay somebody else to do it.

Dont trust these people...they just have dollar signs in their eyes...very un-accommodating to get a repair done within a budget...many, many other auto body shops that do a great job for a FAR more reasonable price...this shop preys on customers that have no knowledge about vehicles( BEWARE to little old-timers, ladies and other inexperienced people)...go elsewhere!

It was years ago! After my first body repair when I was paying for the deductible, the guy told me that I was not entitle to the air mile points since ICBC is paying for the repair. I did not believe him but did not bother to check. Now I know it was not the truth! Just want to give you heads up that you should get the air mile points that you are entitled.

my 2nd time taking a vehicle here and I recommend them to everyone! Customer service is 2nd to none, courtesy cars are easily attained, they are fast, they do perfect body work, they make the paperwork hassle free AND you get airmiles for the amount of your repair! They are the BEST

I took my car here to have the bumper replaced after an accident and they were amazing. Great customer service, got the job done quickly, had a loaner car ready for me and even cleaned up the interior! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody! My car looks great, thank you!
