Great service! Friendly, helpful and patient. I secretly needed that extra bit of empathy Boyds service showed me as I tried to get through showing and explaining the incredible amount of damage done to my beautiful newer vehicle from a recent theft. I had felt quite violated by the fact that I worked so hard to buy this vehicle and someone thought they could steal it away from me....To add, I felt a bit vulnerable. I had gone to another shop originally; one block from my home, and was abrubtly told he couldnt help me without paperwork (I had it stolen from the theft and didnt know where to begin) but he didnt even let me get that far before interrupting me, so I left without saying a word and searched elsewhere. I am glad I found Boyds, thank you folks!

They took way longer than quoted to complete the repairs on our vehicle- hence -1 star, however they gave us a courtesy car and when we told them we had to go on a road trip to Alberta and needed ours back for the trip, they rented us a minivan. They were very accommodating and all the staff were more than friendly. Our vehicle came back good as new, and the inside was all vacuumed out. We would definitely come back here (but hopefully we dont have to!)

I stopped by on a Friday for a 30min estimate. I was told I would be called or emailed the estimate that afternoon. A week later I called Boyds, after hearing nothing back. The lady that answered the phone said someone would call me back that day with my estimate. 3 weeks later, Ive heard nothing. To be fair, they may do decent autobody work, but Ill never know due to their awful service. I found better service at a nearby competitor.

Everyone here was very friendly and accommodating. When my repairs took longer then expected and I needed a 2nd vehicle because I had family in from Ontario they were quick to offer a courtesy car. When my vehicle was ready it looked as good as when I bought it. Many thanks everyone for keeping me in the loop every step of the way.

I had a hit and run dent in my car and took it to Boyd auto body. They did the job very quickly and my car looks great. Their service was fast and excellent. Car rental pickup/drop off on site, very convenient. I would Recommend them.

These guys were fast and professional and my car looks like it did pre-accident, and the loaner vehicle was clean and fun to drive. Although I hope that I dont have to go back to them I certainly would.
