Excellent service! From the second I walked in the door, they were very pleasant and professional people. I had a class A motorhome that was broken down, and it was initially repaired at another place that did a poor quality job. The folks at Alpine looked at all the previous "repairs" and found that several incorrect parts were installed and they did a thorough job with installing the proper parts. While my RV was in the shop, they gave me a courtesy car. They did an excellent job with getting me back on the road with my RV as fast as they could. They even called a couple days later to make sure that everything was running! Im thoroughly impressed with their services. Would recommend this shop to anyone! Thanks Alpine!

BEWARE!! Two weeks new to Victoria and didnt know better. Alpine looked at the brakes of my truck and quoted $2000 for a long list of problems (front and back). My 70+ year old sweetheart of a neighbour suggested I go to her mechanic, because he is "honest", and Im glad I did. The rotors and calipers were NOT in need of replacement as Alpine claimed. The final tax included price was $770. for the work done (front and back). The thing that upsets me the most is the statement by the mechanic that did the work on my 2006 F250; "You are the second person that came in today that was quoted a price for brake work from Alpine that didnt need to be done."

I cannot say enough about Dale and his team at Alpine Auto, both front end staff and the mechanics are awesome. Dale and Carl went the extra mile on my behalf to negotiate with Lubrico for a fair settlement to off- set the repair cost which was considerable on a vehicle I had purchased recently. Each member at Alpine share a common goal and passion which is to give informative, quality service to their clients. Kudos to Lubrico for honouring the warrenty which I had purchase when I purchased the vehicle. From an extremely satisfied customer, Stan Green, grateful ongoing customer at Alpine.

Had a horrible experience with another repair shop in town. Lucky to have made it home on a bad wheel bearing and charged for work that may or may not have been done... Was lucky to find these guys, much closer to home. Dale was super helpful, took time out of his busy day to listen to my problems and find me a solution, for much less than I would have paid the other guys. Jessica, Carl, Dale and Chris were all wonderful to deal with! If you ever have any kind of issue, these guys definitely know what theyre doing and wont try to mark you up for more than what you need!

Got a pre purchace inspection done a few months ago when looking for a car. The inspection done was incredible. It was a car that is rare, incredibly complicated and was imported from japan. The guy took the time to raise the car and point out and explain all the problems, saving me about $8000 in repairs. Im looking at a new car right now and will take it here for inspection.

I have had a bunch of work done here and also bought winter tires. As for the work, I have always found them to be very fair and helpful. For the tire shopping, I did a lot of research first with all their competitors and this place came out with the best prices for my tires.

Vance gave me a fair price on a clutch for a Japanese Mini Truck. Other people that work on this type of vehicle had their price inflated by more than 50%. The were accommodating and professional throughout. I highly recommend them for their honest practices!!!!
