I bought a new cell phone battery just a little over a week ago and followed the instructions closely: charged it for a full night, then let it run down to 5% and recharged it over night (repeated 3 more times). I was told that the first charge that only went to 90% would eventually go right up to 100% and it would be like the original battery. Well, the next three charges went only as high as 89%; that was a high as it would go. But to top it off, the 89% is down to under 50% in one day with minimal usage. The original battery would do this in about 3 days (2 if the usage was more significant). I should have followed the messages from some of the reviews which stated exactly what I experienced. Not a good replacement battery.

Worst customer service ever .... I took a Norman Photo battery in June 8th, 2015 to get an estimate to have it rebuilt and they told me they would contact me within a week. When they didnt call back I visited the shop and they told me the person subcontracting the work for them was off on an emergency and was out of contact for the weekend .So far nobody has called me back . The 2 clerks running the desk keep separate notebook records with no computer in sight. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing . Still waiting for a call as to the status of my battery or perhaps even a replacement if it has been misplaced . Roger in Limbo

Great customer service, their selection of car batterys was more than I could take in. But they helped me get the right one for my vehicle! Considering my old one was 7 years old and was dying constantly, it was due for an upgrade. Highly recommend all battery to anyone with any needs for batterys.

Dont waste your time buying their cell phone batterys. They sell knock off type chinese Cameron Sino batteries that will last you around 3 months before they fail completely on you. I am very disappointed after spending almost OEM (samsung) price for a shitty Cameron Sino.

I never though Id find what I needed in a battery story, but these guys had a frisbee that worked at night. Unbelievable! Oh, and they also hooked me up with a fairly priced AA charger. I was far more excited about the Frisbee...

Desperately needed a battery for my house alarm system at 5:30 on Saturday. They stayed open late to accommodate. Great customer service and helped me find the place. Knowledgeable and helpful too when I got there lost and late.

The place to go if you need replacement batteries for your devices. Friendly, nice shop. The one downside is that the replacement battery I got for my laptop was not as powerful as the original.
