girlfriend brought our car in to be diagnosed after me saying it sounds like the strut need to be replaced. we are told the bearing is needed to be fixed 400 later car sounds the same bring it in again and am told the rear shocks are shot so she makes an appointment to be fixed when its brought in he says he cant because the shocks are in salt spring. She is livid and goes outside he comes out and says he just found some in the back. 500 dollars later sounds the same and he says the front strut needs to be replaced and says what do you expect it has 200xxx km. You will be ripped off by this loser. and dragged along till you are out of money. i wish i could give this less than a 1 star

Great staff. Good rates. Great diagnosis. I have 3 vehicles that I have taken here regularly and the attention to detail and diagnosis has been spot on. I am now fairly sure i have been fighting an air leak on my 1970 Nova since the motor was installed by a shop in Richmond 3 years ago. It now runs so much better. They found a broken spring on my F150 when i mentioned a front tire shimmy. Other shops charged me for rebalancing and missed the cause. The rates are great and customer service great also. Highly recommend.

Ive been a regular customer here for a couple years. One would think that being a loyal customer they would make sure that prices are always competitive and great friendly service. Unfortunately they are lacking in both of these departments. Do not suggest going here at all.
