I recently purchased my F-150 from Melody Motors. Andy Britner our salesman was exceptional to deal with. Tammy in finance looked after us very well and she was also very knowledgeable about the product. We have owned Dodge pickups for over 20 years, and we are thrilled that we went with a Ford this time. We recently had some warranty work looked after on my pick up and we have never had a dealer look after us so well, they delivered us a courtesy vehicle to Invermere and took my truck to Kimberly to repair it. We were also treated to the best fish and chips meal we have ever ate at Britners Fish and Chips in Kimberly. The staff are fantastic, if you looking for a new vehicle, you must check our Melody Motors. R&B

My 2004 Ford Ranger brake lights suddenly began to come on by themselves. This drained the battery, so I needed a boost to start it. Inconvenient, to say the least. I took it to Melody Motors and they spent time trying various solutions. When I got it home, the brake lights came on by themselves again. I phoned Steve, service manager, and he said that the mechanic, Simon, who worked on it has a theory that the device that links the clutch and brake pedal was the cause. On a second session at Melody Simon fixed the problem. Steve gave me a 20% discount on labour, which was significant. Id recommend Melody to anybody. Excellent service! Jim Duncan

What a crew of great and experienced folks at Melody Motors! This was the first new vehicle Ive purchased in my life and the experience provided in part from Andy and Shane sure helped to smooth over the rough spots associated with Fords "unique vehicle" delivery time. The guys kept me in the loop as to expected ETA for the new 2017 Transit. Have used Melody Motors for the last 3 years for service work on our Explorer and 1 ton and have always received great customer service. We just bought a new 1/2 ton and I am pleased to say the customer service in the sales department is just as good. Overall it was a very enjoyable truck buying experience and I would like to thank Gord, Tammy and Shane for all their help.
