We left a piece of luggage behind in our rental car and when we called we were told that they looked all through the car and the luggage was no where to be found. We happened to be in the area and when we further queried in person, the car had never been cleaned at our drop off and was sent to the other side of town. When we called the other location they were able to locate the luggage but refused to send back to the original location so we could have it back. We were carless (thus the need for a rental car) and were unable to pick up the luggage. If we werent given incorrect information we could have picked it up the day before because we happened to be on that side of town. Moral of the story, if you lose something or leave a valuable behind in an enterprise vehicle, dont trust a representative if they say that they have looked for your lost item. Additionally, even if you leave and item in a car, and go back to the same location to try and obtain it, they may have shipped it off and dont have a mechanism in place to get it back to you. There was no sense of empathy in anyone we spoke with which gives me the impression that this is a common problem.

Had rented cars from here multiple times over a three year period, three times in Vegas and only got a dirty car one time. Dirty on the outside not inside. Anyway they gave my reservation away last summer to another customer who stepped in front of me right at the counter. I ended up with a Full Size luxury car instead of my sub compact they gave away! Same price as the sub except a little more for gas, who cares! nicer car! Then I made the mistake of Trying Budget this weekend and ended up parking the car they gave and taking a cab. Tried to explain that a mini crossover is NOT a full size luxury car. Enterprise from now on.

Thank you to both Jan and Anna at Enterprise Car rentals - Kelowna Airport. My car broke down in Merritt - they had the only cars available in the area and we were on our way to a family reunion in Windermere. So we got a ride to Kelowna and were able to progress onward. Where Jan and Anna came into the picture was our return. Kelowna was way out of the way. They approved (for $50) dropping our car at Kamloops. Whew. Then we had family help to pick up my repaired car in Merritt. What a journey. Thank you again for making a stressful occasion a bit easier.

I had a very good experience. My company paid for everything, but when I got there, Henry made it very easy for me to understand what my company had paid for, what I was responsible for and what my options were. He didnt push me to buy insurance even though it would make him commission. Paul, at the lot, gave the car a quick second over and added notes to the documentation, which I thought to be very considerate. The car, a Kia Rio, was clean, in great shape, and drove well. I had a great time.

The Enterprise car rental desk in the YLW airport is by far the best rental agency in there. You get the best cars in the cheapest price range, the folks at the desk are always very happy and polite with me, arrival & departure is very swift and efficient, and I occasionally get free car-class upgrades from these guys. I used some of the other agencies at YLW before, and was thoroughly disappointed. I now only use Enterprise, for a consistently great experience.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. I had them write on the contract that I was to enter the u.s. with the vehicle as I was going on a holiday to Seattle. When I returned the car which was a new vehicle with only 12,000klms on it, the gentleman asked "how was your trip to Seattle". So kind, so thoughtful, hats off to these young people at the desk at the Kelowna airport. Thank you and see you another time at another location. Sincerely Lois

Told me there was a gas bubble in the gas tank so it doesn,t show full, but it actually was. They also told the next two people in line the same thing. So when we returned the car, it filled up pass the full mark. They were ripping everyone off by shortchanging gas, but you had to return it full. Calculated it to be about 120 km worth of driving we were shorted. NEVER rent from this place, its a rip off.

The big plus is that our flight was delayed; and the counter rep stayed after-hours to wait for us.....which is a great commitment to the customer. The downside was there was a mix up on the car class I ordered, and even though it was shown to be damage free; it wasnt and because of the late hour, I had to text the counter rep notes on the damage to protect myself.

Have used this company every time my wife and I have flown into Kelowna, which is about 4 times a year, and have never had a problem. Cars are clean, due diligence is taken when doing a walk around prior to driving away and we always tank up at the Husky (1/2 mile before the airport turn off) before we drop. Very helpful staff too.

I am so dissapointed with Enterprise in Kelowna Airport, I would never rent a car again with them. Two weeks later after renting a car,they charged my CCard becaouse of the gas.... WHAT??? I filled it up next to the airport just before droping the car. You just steal from people. Never again!!!

Great Experience. Got in late. Young lady at the counter was very sympathetic to my baggage getting lost and helpful finding my hotel since my phone service and text worked but nothing else so no maps. Easy in easy out.

Rented a Toyota Yaris. Great little car, but the compacts are getting smaller. The staff was very good, efficient,helpful and friendly. Have rented from Enterprise in the past and certainly would choose them again.

Hate it. Make sure that staff signed on the returned rental. I was charged two days later an extra $224.00 cleaning fee for the smell of cigarette smoke. I didn’t smoke in the car. Will never rent again
