I made very clear that attention to detail was important to me regarding the installation of a head unit in my vehicle. While the employee who helped me was nice, energetic, and competent, his bosses/managers were pushy, and rudely and inappropriately undermined the employee while he was on the phone collecting information for me. The installation was inconvenient: first, the wrong part was ordered. Instead of ordering it right away to fix the issue, those same managers told me that they would put it on the next order, and theyd get it weeks later, to save them shipping costs. Not great service. When I did finally get it installed, I drove off the property only to discover that the unit didnt connect to my phone as advertised. This turned out to be another installation problem. They fixed this one same day (good service - they made the time and were apologetic). As it stands, the unit is crooked, but secure. Additionally, one small bit of functionality that I was promised Is missing, even though I paid a small amount extra to get it. I will be living with it as-is for now, and will take my vehicle elsewhere to get these issues corrected.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If I could give 0 stars I would. I dont even know where to start on this review other than to say never go here. They are total scam artists. I got a stereo installed in my car while I was at work. They quoted me a certain price so I agreed for them to put it in. While I was at work they called me a couple times to tell me it was going to be more money. In total I paid $300 dollars extra and it would have been another 100 for them to hook up the speakers. Therefore I had to take the doors apart and hook them up myself after. The woman manager there was very very rude to me and basically told me to suck it up/ Bad management, Terrible work. SCAMMERS!!!
