Wow! Matt and Ray on the front counter were awesome to deal with. Being female I have been treated like a child in mechanics shops. Not here! Both gentleman were extremely helpful and polite. The work I requested is what was done, and when another little glitch was found, Matt called and explained it to me and gave me a quote, instead of just doing the work and getting a surprise bill. I will NOT take my car anywhere else.

Poor customer service. I was waiting in the store and was never informed of delays. When I inquired 30 minutes past the time my car was due, I was told that only half the work was done. The clerk never mentioned that the car would not be ready on time while I was waiting right there.

Ray and his guys did a great job fixing the brake line on my 66 impalla. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. As a father of two it means everything to know that the car has been inspected, repaired and is now safe to drive.
