I recently rented from Enterprise in Kamloops, BC. My car was ready when I arrived, although there was no shuttle from the airport to their downtown location, there was a community shuttle that you can take for $10 per person in each direction. The car was in good working order and I didnt have any problems with check in or out. But, my only complaint is that Enterprise at this location does not provide a full tank of gas when you receive your rental. I have rented from Enterprise in many other locations, and from many other car rental companies. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with a 1/4 tank of gas from pick up. I did complain to the rental staff when I received the car, and they said that they never fill their tanks and leave that to the customers! I was very surprised since most people that rent cars in a new city do not necessarily know their way around and locating a gas station is not the first thing they want to have to deal with upon arrival.

I rented a Ford Edge and the rear door opened when I was driving and my dog fell out and received road rash to his legs and chin. Their Regional Manager Blair was "very concerned" but not enough to return a phone message. The on-site staff were great!

Returned the car yesterday but now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to have my deposit put back on my card. B.S. !!
