Bad Overall. I took my car in to get my E-brake fixed because it was holding and would smell after I drove. I picked it up and it seemed fine at first. Then I drove it one night and as I was coming down the hill while it was snowing, and my brakes were still catching in the back and I was fish tailing all the way down the hill and I almost went it to the ditch. So I took it in again because it didnt get fixed. When I picked it up it was in the same spot where I parked it and they said my e-brake couldnt be adjusted and that I would have to come again to go get the entire thing replaced. So I ended up paying for a new brake cable and 2 hrs labour for not even fixing it to begin with. I will not go back anytime soon.

seven hundred dollars my wife and sister drove five minutes away car broke down. phoned and after the third try they were allowed to get the car there and leave it until it could get fixed. Well why did you not fix it no excuses So tow truck four hundred and fixed the correct way one sixty. they treated them terrible left them but they got the seven hundred. for a part that was not the correct problem They would not show me the receipt for the non existent part from vancouver my mechanic said they neverr replaced the part DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THAT EXLPOIT FROM NON KAMLOOPS RESIDENCE

DO NOT trust this company. I bought some seats that ended up not fitting my car. The bill clearly stated I could return with in 30 days with the bill but I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. However when I attempted to return the seats and the very rude person said he would only give me $150.00 back. that means they get 57% of my purchase cost just to place them back on the shelf. Have not decided what to do yet... If you must use this company do it at your own risk. Just DONT expect them to keep to their word even when it is in writing.

We own a business in Kamloops and we take all of our work trucks and personal vehicles to be serviced at D and G. I recommend them to our customers, employees and friends. This is the company I trust. I know that they will never do a repair that is not needed and they always discuss anything they find once they begin work giving me options and control over repairs. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Cant say enough about D and G!

My Parking Brakes were ON and they drove or tested my car keeping it on despite I advised them that they are on. So, they broke my parking brakes. Secondly, incorrect information on my brakes. Their mechanics definitely need more training. Very bad experience overall

They sold me used tires last year that they said had 75% tread left. I took their word for it but was told a couple weeks later by 2 other shops that they were maybe 50% at best. Not cool.
