I took my truck in this morning to get the spark plugs changed and something that has never happened to me before took place. Kevin came to the front desk and told me my truck was ready and it was less than he quoted because they finished the job ahead of schedule. I have never ever had my bill reduced when getting a vehicle repaired.They also charged me substantially less than the shop I usually deal with. their shop is clean and well organized and the staff very friendly and helpful.I will definitely be back when I want my vehicle serviced or repaired and it was a great start for the day

The Business and the Great owners and staff that work there are great to deal with, every time I have a problem with my vehicle they do what they can to accommodate and get you on the road. They have the best customer service I have ever encountered while being in Kamloops. Most resent and has been more, was I stopped in because my brakes and 1 rotor are needing replacing because I drive a lot but really needed it for the weekend(hunting season started) well they squeezed me in..... Good job City Center and thank you very much

I strongly recommend this shop and am thankful for their straight forward honest help. I had the pleasure of using City Centre Auto Service while driving through Kamploops on a road trip. As an out-of-towner they treated me wonderfully; they squeezed me into their schedule to diagnose my trucks problem quickly so I could get back on my way, were incredibly honest about their diagnosis, work and pricing. Wish these guys worked in my home town.

Ive been taking vehicles to Kevin and his crew since my Dad brought me in to have my first car serviced (Dad had already been going there for years), almost 25 years ago! I always leave as a happy customer, the service is second to none. If Kevin tells me something has to be repaired/replaced, I always have total trust that the work needs doing, because he never recommends any more than what is needed.

Knowing Teresa and Kevin helps. Overall I would say they are great. A lot better than the place I used to go to. They at least explain what the problem is with your vehicle. They also are honest and care about the customer. Anyways whatever the other place I went to I would give them a 3 out of 5. This place I will give them a 5.
