We had rented a limo for our wedding on July 20, 2013 and had been told beforehand there was a red carpet rollout, and that the limo would be decorated. When the limo arrived, there was no decorations, and no red carpet roll out. This was very disappointing since it was the biggest day of our lives, and the limo was so bare. Also, the driver only opened the door for us to get out ONE time. The groomsmen had to open the door the rest of the time. This was very unprofessional since this is the drivers job. Yes the limo got us from the ceremony to a couple of picture sites, and to the reception (even though I had to look up the address of the reception site on MY cell phone because he didnt know where it was), but everything else from the service to the lack of decorations was very disappointing. I was hoping for a top notch day, but this brought it down a few notches. Not happy at all.

My husband surprised me for our Anniversary and ordered a limo to take us out for dinner and a drive around the city. This was my first limo ride ever and it was a wonderful event! The driver was prompt, friendly and courteous throughout the experience. He took us to a beautiful view point and offered to take pictures for us. We would certainly use his services again!

Driver was rude in asking for a tip multiple times, unclear in needing credit card in hand even though it was on file. Limo was supposed to be for 10 people and we were very squished in. Driver seemed to be more worried about his cash tip than anything else.

Our driver was Bal. She was excellent. On time, knew the route, Picked us back up on time. Very good experience. Management lost our cell and credit card info so that part was a little off. Made paying a bit of a hassle. Overall though. Good.

I tried to arrange transportation for a aircraft we had landing there. The dude i spoke to was very rude... I ended up hanging up on the and going with a different company.
