Dirty Swagger

Ive been to this location three times. First time was an great experience. Friendly and helpful young man who fixed my flat for free. Second time I needed new tires after blowing one in winter. I knew I was paying too much for the 4 tires, but they were in stock and the weather was miserable. The staff were prompt and friendly, so I was happy to pay extra for the convenience. My last visit was a different story entirely. I bought a beater farm truck and needed the winter tires switched to the summers. The staff was incredibly rude and condescending (it is an ugly truck, but I was still excited to get it going). They took a ridiculously long time, and when I went to the garage to see how it was going, the young men were casually tightening the bolts while talking about a party they attended. When they finally finished, it turned out they did not switch the tires at all. Merely rotated the winter tires that were on it. They apologized and told me to bring it in. Once there they said the tires were too worn out to switch and they wouldnt do it. Despite the good first experience, the last one was unpleasant enough to ensure Ill never be back. I found another place in town that Im happy with. The mistakes did not bother me much, but the rudeness did.

Horible service from one employer. I stopped in because my car was shaking, a guy came out to look at my car seemed to be stressed about it. Looked at my car from 15 feet away and said my tires where old and i need a whole new set and that will fix the problom and was very rude about it. I went to another place due to his attitude...it had nothing to do with my tires being old. The other place said they are fine and called him a idiot.

I had an emergency stop at 4pm on Thursday and had a 12 hour all night drive ahead of me. The helpful and sympathetic guys up front got me in right away and the head mechanic (I have shamefully forgotten his name!)diagnosed my issue(a very loose bolt on my new airbag suspension), tightened it, and had me on my way in 30 minutes! They refused payment and just said to remember them when I need tires! Awesome experience!

Probably one of the best service I had in a mechanic garage. I had a severe flat tire and arrived really late in the afternoon, but they were still able to fix it before closing. Really appreciated how kind the staff was. As a tourist, they even took some time to guide me where to look up to see beautiful places near the town ! Great price and you can trust those guys for sure !

The team at this location really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Our car was towed in with a flat and they did their best to call around and try to find a match for our cars less common tires. The team was so friendly and did a great job getting our car back on the road as soon as they could.

We got a flat tire on our rental. CAA was taking a VERY long time. Someone recommended we come to Kal Tires. They put a spare on for us in two minutes at no cost. They made our day and were so helpful the moment we drove into the parking lot. Thanks again!!!!!

Both tires gouged badly. Seemed like a basic tire service. Just wanted them to take off from current winter rims and mount on summer rims. Dont trust them with your nice tires. Wont be going back for future services.

Friendly staff, parking lot is not always easy but it is on a corner so have to be careful. Not just tires, they do other work as well!
