Absolutely terrible service. Reserved a car before arriving in Golden, reservation was confirmed and then was told after arriving "to be advised that they did not have a vehicle for me". Staff member Tanis Barrault was completely incompetent and unapologetic. Do not rely on this rental service as you may very well get burnt. Do whatever you can to avoid taking your business to these people.

$161.50 for a one day rental? 4 door car? what. ever! staff is unhelpful and rude. also they are not affilated with national car rentals. they claim they are privatly owned and charge whatever they want! If you break down in golden make sure you bring your credit card!

Booked a reservation and on the day of I was in Golden to pick up the car they did not have it. There were no cars available even though I had a fully confirmed reservation and email. My daughter and I were stranded in Golden. NEVER EVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!!!!

Rented a car through National phone app 2 days in advance and no cars available when I got there. Even then it was a 4 day wait for the expected possibility of a car.

Brutual...one car. 200 km daily limit 90.00 a day. Thats almost 3 times the normal Rate!

Awful customer service, very rude.
