Actually I wouldnt even give this dealership one star. If you can avoid this dealership, I suggest you take you Nissan to another dealership to get your vehicle serviced. Brought my 06 Pathfinder in for servicing September 29/2016 advising vehicle not heating up and was told coolant levels needed to be topped up but no cross contamination (if coolant had to be topped up then it was going somewhere). Fast forward to May 2/2017 - problem with transmission - had it towed to this dealership again and was advised radiator cracked causing coolant to leak into transmission. Sun Valley Nissan advised us we had to pay $8000 to fix!!!!! They should have caught the problem in September but the service department did not do their job. Nissan is aware of this problem and there was a lawsuit in the states. Check your vehicles!!!! Pathfinders, Xterras, Frontiers manufactured from 2005-2010.

Purchased my Nissan vehicle here last year and generally service all of our other vehicles here. Just had my old GMC truck repaired yesterday and again, the service department went above and beyond to put my truck back on the road. I highly recommend Sun Valley Nissan to anyone, whether its a purchase or for service. Five star sales and service every time.
