A very disappointing visit. Requested that they assess my brakes,but was told that they "FORGOT" to do so after I had waited 3 hours. Mechanic checked off on inspection checklist that wipers were good, yet were bearly hanging on ( were replaced at a different automotive place the next day!). Service manager (mike) refused to give his last name and was very defensive & non-apologetic. Service staff put an incorrect name on the invoice 3 times. Owner would not return my call to discuss our experience. Will NOT make the mistake of bringing my vehicle there again.

How is Jason Spring and Spring Honda? Fantastically wonderful! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative and kind - did i mention a good sense of humour. Not to mention the 2017 Pilot is a totally awesome car what more can you ask? I recommend Jason and Spring Honda as par excellence. My previous car was a pilot and the service, sales and management staff are are all competent, solicitous and friendly. Go Honda

Francisco was great, not pushy or make you feel pressured in any way to purchase a vehicle . Just there to answer the questions you have even after hours and responds back very quickly. Would definatley recommend to anyone, great service as soon as you walk through the door.
