This Purolator is an absolute nightmare! Its frustrating having to go pick up packages. Theres never any proper communication between the Purolator head office. The customer service representatives at this location are brutal, provide the worst service ever and I dont even know how they are still around. From what I am reading, I am not the only one complaining about their brutal services. Due to the nature of my job, my address on my ID will NEVER EVER EVER match the address that we requested the sender to have these packages sent to. Every single time they call us to pick up these exact packages, we end up leaving the store empty handed. Its absolutely frustrating dealing with the exact same issue for the same packages that have been sitting at the store for over a week and they refuse to release these packages to us. I understand privacy acts and policies they have as a company, but these Purolator agents give the biggest attitude to us. Absolutely ridiculous! I work in the customer service industry as well, and this is no way in treating customers, providing the worst customer service experience. This location is just a nightmare in the end, never had such issues from any other location we had to deal with.

I make it a point not to leave reviews unless they are really good or really bad. The 1-star review on this is solely for purolator as I have never used their vehicle services. I had a package (With express shipping) supposed to arrive on Friday and it had tracking. I looked online to see they had attempted a delivery that day. I live in an apartment so they usually leave a sticky note on the door. Twice now they havent given me any sign or sticky that they tried to deliver my package. This is bad customer service. The delivery driver should be readily available on the phone in the case I miss my package by a minute. I will have to wait 1 business day to recieve my package (Which I was hoping to use during the weekend, the whole point of express shipping) which is now monday. If purolator changes their pick-up location (Or improves their delivery system) I will remove this review. I have had to phone purolator themselves almost every time to recieve my stuff. This is not how shipping should be done.

A black hole of misery and incompetence. MasterCard sent some credit cards to us via UPS. They were never delivered, so our existing cards got cancelled. Then they sent us some replacement cards via UPS "expedited". That was a week ago and the scheduled delivery is for next week. The tracking number shows that the new cards are here, but a phone call to the Poor or Later contractor left me with a vague promise that if they come across them, they might give me a phone call.. I wouldnt be at all surprised if the first set of cards landed on the floor of this outfit never to see the inside of a truck again, which is why Im now waiting for my second set of cards. How does a place stay in business with lousy service like this, when service is the only thing they sell?

I had been waiting the whole day to hear back from the local Canadian Tire because it was so hard to make an appointment with them. I went to pick up a UPS package, and I liked how friendly and open the staff was. I decided to take a chance and get my car serviced with them (it felt like a huge risk to me, since I usually use online reviews first and work with large companies). The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable (he was right to the point and didnt try to upsell or anything) and the other staff (Amber) really went the extra mile with customer service. The end price was on the low end of what was quoted, as well. It was a pleasant surprise, and Id definitely recommend the company to someone looking for a new mechanic.

The worst service I have ever received in my life. Went to pick up a package as they are the designated Purolator agent in our small city. It was not my package and since the package was for one of my customers, I very innocently and in a way only meant to help, tried to give my customers contact information to the owner of the shop. I was treated so badly right from the time I walked in the door that by the time I left, I was in absolute tears. After I was asked to leave so he could "assist his customers", which I felt I was one of, I sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes, on the phone with Purolator, lodging a complaint. I have never been treated so rudely in my life.

I would rate this company -10 if possible...have had to deal with them repeatedly, much to my dismay. Horrible customer service...do not call u as they r supposed to when ur package arrives...do not tell u that u must pay duties via credit card or money order only before u arrive...they have supposedly had my pkg stolen during a breakin, and gave me entirely wrong information on how to start a claim for something they were responsible for. Such a frequent staff turnover that I have never dealt with the same receptionist twice. All in all, the worst customer service I have ever had to continually suffer through!!!!!

Just a little information to all who dont understand our responsibility with being a Purolator Agent. We are a drop off and pick up location...that pretty much sums it up. We do not have any control or contact with any Purolator drivers or their deliveries...We only deal with the packages that we have on Hand that are brought to us for pick up or the customer drops off to be sent out. ..We have never lost a package at this location...every package is very well documented. Packages will only be released with proper Identification...and can only be held here for 5 business days. thank you

I wish i could give this place a negative 500 star reveiw. The owner is a straight up ass, who does very poor mechanical work. And the shipping/receiving side of things is an absolute gongshow. They lost an important package. Tried express post, never even got scanned. The guy on the phone shrugged it off like it was my fault. And i got the same treatment in the store. Still, no package. Very very awful customer service. If youre shipping through or out of cranbrook. DONT use purolator, do yourself a favor and avoid this place

Dont even deserve one star. Worst effort at customer service ever experienced. A previous conversation with Purolator corporation reveals that Purolator is aware of the dismal client relationships Jaylee as the Purolator agent in Cranbrook has. If there was an alternative, it should be used, and there is a potential business opportunity here to take this agency away from this uncaring, non-diligent, time wasting effort.

This isnt a review but Im glad that I looked here before shipping my 60 inch LED TV. I will bring it on the greyhound with me. Something should be done by UPS/purolator though to change their location in Cranbrook because it is obvious that this location has issues and that their staff obviously dont deserve whatever theyre getting for using their shop as a drop-off point.

Worst mechanical repair experience ever !! Bill was $613.00 Next highest quote in town = $460.00 at Kal VW quote = $400 I was billed 4.5 hours labour but the car was only there for three hours. I obtained the quotes in writing and returned to the store. The bill was non negotiable or he would keep the vehicle. So I paid $613 and left. Never to return!!
