One of the worst experiences i have had through a dealership. Told me over and over that my vehicle was on its way and that the financing was finalized.. after a week of waiting for this vehicle. They tell me that they had financing issues that it was out of their control which I know isnt true because it doesnt take a week to fill out for the paperwork. And was told I qualified and it was finalized. 2 weeks after i was supposed to get it it shows up dented... and they told me that it was dent and ding free. Which it definitely was not. And a week after driving the vehicle. They messaged me asking me for more paperwork to finish the trade-in or else they have to give me my car back that I traded in I would have to pay for both vehicles? Most unprofessional dealership by far. Definitely buy with caution.

Great Service Last month my wife and I purchased a 2017 Sportage the time spent with me to purchase a new vehicle was outstanding especially when I was in and out over the week and only had a short time frame each day to look at vehicles because my wife was in the hospital. The time and patience they showed me during that time was outstanding and they got us the best deal we could have asked for. Outstanding customer service from the start to the end there was no pressure put on me to decide what to buy and in the end we got a fantastic Kia Sportage. I would and do recommend Cranbrook Kia and their staff to everyone even if you just need work on your existing vehicle. Go and check them out you will not be disappointed.

I purchased my KIA at the Cranbrook location. I found the service department "Eric" friendly and available. The sales associate was very personable. "Kevin" ensured that I had no questions about my vehicle and if there was something he was unsure of he found out and let me know. The sales manager "Nick" was unobtrusive and only wanted to make sure that all parties were fairly treated. In general the experience was positive. I have had previous business with KIA in the past and this most recent experience has been the most comfortable. I am impressed with the new management and thier business style. I LOVE MY KIA and everyone at the Cranbrook location.

I recently purchased a used car from here. Ive gone into dealerships before and walked out from the "greasy" feeling I got from the sales rep. Not here, Phil wasnt just concerned about a sale, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and actually got me into a car that fit my budget rather than trying to sell me something more expensive. I will be purchasing from them again, but hopefully not for many years though..hehe

I felt very safe and supported while dealing with the representatives at Kia. It was a warm environment in the office at all levels, including the service department staff. The salesman were very articulate and I understood all the steps included in purchasing the vehicle from them. They were honest and keep me on track, leading me down a path to a new vehicle that my life style could accommodate.

This place had us running around in circles when we went in to trade in our car for a jeep. We were told that all the paperwork was done and that we were approved for everything. Then it took 2weeks of them calling and asking for more and more paperwork. Then we finally got the jeep 3 weeks after the date we were supposed to. So please buy with caution.

Ive owned my kia sedona for 7 years thus needed srvices here several times. Everytime weve needed to order parts they are horrendously slow. Like 2 months or more. The last time we ordered parts we gave up calling after six months and I guess they never did come in.
