I took my Jeep here to get a transmission flush while visiting one weekend, and 3 weeks later it was leaking. This was due to over tightening of the bolts in the transmission pan (the threads were stripped off and the bolts could be pulled out with pliers). I live in a small Alberta community with no Jeep dealer, so I called and spoke to Rob at the service desk and they took complete 100% ownership of the issue and ensured I was looked after. They paid for my vehicle diagnosis at the Napa shop in town, the tow bill to have it brought into Calgary, my rental car while the work was being done, and all the service work to get it fixed. Amazing service provided by Rob and Pat (Service Manager) and I will definitely continue to have my Jeep serviced here during my family visits to Cranbrook.

Would never recomend getting service here VERY poor dont do what you pay for cant even fix a slow leaking tire from day 1 of vehicle perchase. Paid 79 for oil change tire rotation mechanic did not rotate tires. ( had tires marked) when i asked why was told mechanic did not feel it nessary even though that was what i wanted piss poor service

Really ... drive anywhere else if you want a Jeep . Ordered a white New Rubicon .ALL our Paper work says White it is black , showed up with 600 kl . Spend days on the phone with no call backs when I need to know something. This is by far the worst Jeep dealer I have know . This is my 6th new Jeep but this dealer is my first complaint.

Always pleased with the service I get at your dealership. Nathan was new to me but a very nice guy. Made me feel like he was glad I was there. Just did not like that you have no one to wash vehicles after they are worked on. That was a great customer service now it is gone.

Was told the brakes needed immediate attention. We felt pressured to do it now. Being we live in another town nearby, we decided to take it in to our local mechanic, whom we really like, and was told that there was no urgency and to come back in six months. Which we did.
