Absolutely HORRIBLE place to attempt to get Your vehicle fixed they slapped it back together with junk parts, then when it ALL fell apart they couldnt manage to put it back together everything they touched was ruined and I ended up repairing myself out of my own pocket. SIGNAL COLLISION CRANBROOK is terrible they got their money from the insurance claim and I am left re repairing all these parts out of my own pocket ICBC would not accommodate at all either once you chose a repair shop you are stuck with that shop hoping they get your expensive hard earned vehicle back together but this shop never did even after going back SIX/6 times I gave up on them. Very frustrating please learn from me and people I know mistake and DO NOT GO HERE

Had another vehicle bump into mine in a parking lot. Went to Signal and asked for a quote. Darcy came out right away to have a look and ballparked the repair price for me so I could decide which route I wanted to take (insurance or not). After deciding, they called me to make an appointment. Later that day they had an opening and called me to see if bringing it in earlier was convenient for me. I was offered a courtesy vehicle and had my vehicle back within the timeline they had promised! It was a great experience for my first ding-up!
