Called to book a pickup truck for local use. asked to hold, didnt have time to hold. Called back, asked to hold. Asked to have manager to call me thinking id get proper service from him, left name and number. Nope no call back, 3 days later. Guess where I took my business? Yes your competition. Manager Ryan, too busy to call people back? You guys must have people lining up to spend their money with you... your reviews on here say otherwise.

Didnt bother to follow up with my insurance company to finalize rental. Stated on the phone they would have it done by 4pm. Showed up at 5pm and nothing was done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

DO NOT EVER RENT CARS FROM THEM GOT CHARGED $80 FOR HALF A TANK AN GAS ! U can fill up an Honda Fit in an empty tank and still have left over !
