Thanks to Chris Yoshinaka and Brady Smith for a wonderful, stress free purchasing experience at Alpine Toyota! My 22 yr old daughter totalled her 2012 Honda Civic last week in a collision. Being a university student, she was not looking forward to trying to replace her car on the budget provided by ICBC. She she was certain that she was going to have to settle for an older car with more kilometres. After looking around at other dealerships, Chris and Brady put together a deal that placed my daughter in a new 2017 Corolla for the same payment and term that the competition was was offering to place her in a two year old Civic with 40,000 km on it! She was even able to hold back enough of her payout from ICBC to cover her payments during her last year of school!! There was never any pressure and the only goal was to make the deal work for my daughter!! My wife and I enjoyed the experience so much that we returned to Alpine Toyota today to purchase a new 2017 Highlander! There are a lot of dealerships around from whom you can purchase a car, but there is only one dealership that I know of that will go out of theirway to make a deal to suits your unique needs and situation. Absolutely blown away by the customer service from Brady Smith! I needed a vehicle transferred from the lower mainland to up north and I knew nobody there that I could rely on. I connected with Brady and he completely understood my concerns. He exceeded my expecations by taking complete responsibility of the transfer and letting me know when it arrived. He also provided an inspection and photos of the truck to ensure it is exactly what I was shipping! On top of that, he checked over the transfer paperwork to make sure it is fully legal so Ill have not suprises when the truck arrives in the Northwest! Im so impressed with Brady that I would without hesitation work with him again. Thank you for making this purchase stress free!

We were treated extremely well when we moved to Cranbrook by the people in the parts and service department. That professionalism was present again a few years later when Chris Yoshinaka helped us satisfy our mid life crisis yearnings for a sports car. Our respect and appreciation of Bruce and Brady Smith continues to grow everyday now that our son has been employed there for over six months - they treat him well too. Three years later and we cannot say enough about the place. Back in the early 80s, Toyota had a slogan, "Oh what a fun bunch of guys...Toyota!" This place lives up to that, selling and serving customers better than you will ever know...until you stop in for yourself!

Had quite an interesting experience this weekend. Drove to Cranbrook to seek out a family vehicle and after an exhausting day of shopping at almost every car dealership we ended up at Alpine Toyota. May I suggest to anyone who reads this and is looking to buy in Cranbrook to go to Alpine Toyota first even if you are not looking to purchase a Toyota. These guys have something quite unique. They didnt try to sell me on anything but what they did is listened to me. They were concerned first of our needs Thanks guys! Love this dealership. We have bought 3 vehicles there over the years. Our most recent being my wifes pre-owned beauty, the FJ Cruiser. Chris Yoshinaka took care of us in all aspects of buying the FJ from them with a smile and fun attitude which seems to run throughout the building(must be a great place to work!) which makes buying there a pleasure. Brady, Chris, Bruce, and the staff Alpine went way over and above in taking care of a couple minor issues we had with it at first and have ensured our future business in doing so.
