Graham is a very nice guy. He makes sure that you are not over paying for anything, and works hard with ICBC to get your claims covered. He really helped me out on a situation after ICBC approved my damages and then the day of took back the approval. The work is done very quickly, and he keeps in contact with you. I had a terrible experience with Ladner Autobody a few months ago, and I was so happy to have chosen Sterling Autobody this time, because it was hassle free and the work was done well. Will definitely be taking my car here from now on.
