I had a flat tire and my road side assistance came to change my tire and I realized that I didnt have my key for my locks on my tire and there was no way the guy could get it off. Someone from Ladner Motors came over and helped just out of the kindness of their heart and took it over to their shop to get my tire off so I would be able to get my spare tire on and have a vehicle. I really appreciated that instead of giving me no solution he took the time out of his day to help me. I chose to get my new tire from Ladner Motors and had them put it back on. I was able to get in right away and my vehicle was done in no time. They made something stressful so easy and I cannot thank them enough! I will be back here and recommend it to everyone.

Words cannot express my gratitude for what everyone at Ladner Motors did for me. I live 6 hours away and had come into Vancouver to bring my dog to the specialist clinic and my car broke down. I was in a total panic and wasnt sure how I was going to get home. I had my car towed to Ladner Motors and even though they were totally booked up they managed to squeeze me in and had my car fixed up by the end of the day so I could get home that night. I can honestly say that I have not had caring service like this in what seems like forever, I thought it didnt exist anymore, but its alive and well at Ladner Motors. I will never forget the effort and compassion they showed me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I do not know how a connect industry stander computer which should only take an hour to do translates into a 3hr $375.00 final bill. The only work authorized was the diagnostics of the ecm, not three hours and change ... Do Not take your car here ... There is no option for negative stars
