The team at Ladner Auto Body is top notch and their work is excellent. After years of incident free driving, I had two issues this year needing attention to my import sedan. The first time I went on a recommendation and was a little hesitant not being one of those national chains. I was impressed and had a great experience. then a second bigger incident "hit" and I need a body shop again. I had zero hesitation where to go this time, Ladner made a good experience even better the second time. Their estimator named Guy took care of ensuring every detail was covered and the car was returned as good or better than it was before. Definitely a seasoned pro that knew what was needed to get the job done right. Then the paint quality, fit and finish - even for a pricier import sedan. Kudos to the paint body work teams for their attention to detail and quality work. Up front, I was treated great by Sammy who arranged a nearly new courtesy car to use while repairs were being done. Rick has done a great job assembling a team that I have no reservation recommending next time you are faced with a problem. Ladner Auto Body is definitely worth a little extra drive for a lot of extra service. Great job all.

I was rear-ended in my work parking lot, and while there wasnt a significant amount of damage, I did want my car repaired. This was an ICBC repair, and since I wasnt at fault, the other drivers deductible took care of any charges. CSN Ladner Autobody is literally 5 minutes from my house, and got me in in an extremely timely fashion. It took them 36 hours to repair the car, and when I picked it up, it had been washed and detailed. I was not expecting this extra service, and I thought it was a lovely extra to include. The repair itself is flawless, and considering Ive only had the car since March, its so nice to see it looking like new again. Front end staff were fantastic to deal with, and any auto body repairs we have in the future, this is where were going. My husband and I try to keep it local whenever possible, and its great companies like this that make it foolish to go elsewhere. Thanks Sami, Guy, Tyler and Rick for making a situation that could have been a major headache as simple as possible.

The owner is a very nice guy, our family has been coming to this place for auto work for a while, however this last experience was enough to never come back. The other manager is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. He will talk over you, tell you to basically shut up. He is unprofessional, condescending and ignorant. He will slam doors on your face, and lie about things that he told you over the phone. The owner truly apologized after other people had to get involved after realizing how wrong this was and he ended up sincerely apologizing to us, however this managers behaviour is enough to never come back. He should be fired. He is horrible and turning business away from an auto body that we have counted on for many years.

I wasnt talking with the owner for more than 15 seconds before I was told that the entire car needed to be repainted and the work would start at $5K. I have very minor paint touch ups required on a small car (various rock chips, dents, scuffs). I have worked in the automotive industry in earlier years and the work required on my car is in the ball park of $700-1200 MAX. Thought I would support local, guess not - Moving on! Update: Just had a comprehensive quote done at another body shop. $1700.00 after taxes.

I am so grateful I chose Ladner Auto Body to repair my broken front bumper and scratches at the back. I am beyond thrilled with the work that was done. Completed within the time frame promised and spotless inside and out (shamefully filthy when dropped off) God forbid I should ever need your services again but if I do, it’s a no brainer. I’ll be back and I won’t hesitate recommending you to anyone I know needing repair work done. Local business for the win!!

Ive used Ladner Auto Body on more than one occasion, in fact, they repaired the same quarter panel twice! I have found the staff to be helpful, the service quick, and the repair looks great. I was provided a great courtesy car during the 3 days that my car was in the shop. I like to support local businesses, and this is one I would definitely return to...but I hope not to ding my car again!

I find him and all employees personable, friendly, and willing to go that extra mile. I would NOT go elsewhere. I live in the community and these folks are my neighbours, and Im glad Ive met them.

Do not use this location. I would not return to you to have the issues repaired due to the lack of care for my vehicle. "6 month update" paint is leaving the area that this shop did work on. Had a real body shop look at the scab job they did and said its the worst hes ever seen.

I highly recommend this auto shop! They repaired/painted my SUV in 3 days and I was given a beautiful loaner car in the meanwhile. Extremely friendly staff with amazing and quick results at a great price!
