BEWARE! This is a nice lot with lots of nice cars with nice staff, but after 3 days of owning my new vehicle from them I could find 8 problems with the vehicle. Some arnt critical like how the speakers are broken and lights on the speedometer is out, but the seat belt strap disconnecting from the car after my girlfriend puts it on and the heat control valve breaking on the second day causing the engine to over heat are critical. Repairs will cost me over $1000. I asked about one obvious mechanical problem with them and they said that the only mechanical problems they legally have to fix have to be related to safety and they didnt believe it fit this category. I understand some of the problems that they dont fix like the electrical and tires, but having a seat belt fall out when buckling in and heat valve breaking after two days from driving off the lot is unacceptable. They do offer warrenties, so if you do buy from then GET IT! Also make sure you bring it to your mechanic. Theirs did not report on ANY of the issues with the car. Very disappointed. Dont get me wrong they have nice vehicles and i love mine, but i wish i took it to my mechanic first.

I purchased a van from this dealership a little over 6 months ago, and I love it! I had a great experience with this dealership - no high pressure sales, and the staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable. I got a great deal (I know this as I had been looking for months for a used car in my price range), and they had an excellent selection of vehicles to choose from. I went in thinking I wanted a specific vehicle, but after I test drove it I realized it wasnt the one for me. They took the time to get to know what I actually needed, and recommended the van I ended up purchasing, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. As a woman looking for a car, it can sometimes be an intimidating process, and at other places I found the staff talked down to me, but not here. At Good Used Cars in Cobble Hill I felt respected, and have since recommended them to other female friends of mine. I dont hesitate to recommend them to anyone! I will certainly return to this dealership the next time I need a good used car.

I bought a used Chevy Cobalt on a Friday the staff was friendly and we negotiated a great price. After only driving to work the engine light went on the following Monday. I took it to a close by mechanic to run a diagnostic and he said it was the engines thermostat which was $180 to replace. I was not to happy and called the dealership with low expectations as I did not buy extended coverage. To my surprise they were extremely helpful and said that since it had only been a few days they would replace it free of charge. The salesman Morgan even offered to drive the car up to Cobble Hill for me since I worked 9-5pm in Victoria and the work required a few hours. I had the car delivered to me fixed the following Friday. I was impressed with their willingness to accommodate me and the fact that they seem to stand behind the cars they sell.

I love these guys! I have been doing business with them since 2005 and have referred friends and family members to them as well. Its difficult to find a business these days that cares not just about the bottom line, they live and work with their customers and are proud to be part of their community. This is what happens when home grown family operation is passed down to the next generation, they remember where they started and what has kept them going, straight talk and Good Used Cars. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I recommend stopping in to check them out.

I have known this dealership for 25 years, formerly called Bonds Auto Brokers. I live in the area, and have purchased a number of vehicles, 2 in the last 2 months, for my wife and myself. They only put a vehicle on the lot for sale after it has passed a complete inspection, and any needed work has been completed. This is worth some peace of mind, as safety items such as brakes are not going to fail unexpectedly. I would highly recommend Good Used Cars to friends and family!

I went to inspect a car for a friend here and the sale people were awesome. They told me the little tricks with the car (replaced door = unlock from inside) and also told me about worn rotors ALL BEFORE I even drove it. They went down a few bucks for the defects and made the whole process easy easy. Felt like I was dealing with real honest people and later have learned from 3 others that they had great experiences from there too.

Reading these reviews makes me laugh the owner cannot take responsibility for a bad review doesnt make sense to me what I can tell you my story I bought a Trailblazer from these guys within a week the transmission was out of it didnt want to help out or do anything to the owner let me guess this is come some conspiracy against you but I do like the reviews youve been getting lately from your friends so obvious

We purchased a car there in the fall, three months later we had to replace the entire brake system and now the battery is leaking charge. We will have to bring it into the mechanic again. Not to mention the rear sliding door paneling coming loose immediately, a blown speaker and some other minor issues. I would not recommend this dealer, nor will I be going back.

Came from victoria to purchase a certain car on their lot, the car I wanted to purchase had some major issues and cosmetic damages not disclosed on their online ad. Over the phone the salesman down played how poor the condition of the vehicle was. No car should be sold in such poor condition at a dealership, shameful.
