Tyee had two Integra Type Rs for sale. The one I wanted was nearly stock, and there was another one with an exhaust, spoiler delete...not as clean in general. Both were for sale for $10,000. after test driving them both, the Integra without the spoiler wasnt engaging VTEC. There wasnt even an engine light on! Pretty sure it was burning oil too. Despite me pointing this out, they would not budge on the price of the one that clearly wasnt running right, and to their dismay I bought the stock one for $9,500 after nearly leaving the deal in the dust. The car has been OK (due to Honda engineering, not these guys honesty, or lack thereof). Use this place as last resort ONLY.

Looked at a car from them. Was initially told that the vehicle had no accidents. Only after the transfer papers were mostly filled out and I saw there registration did I see that the car was listed as rebuilt. When I questioned them about it I was told that they didnt know. If a business that is in the business of buying and selling used cars doesnt know that one of their vehicles has been written off and rebuilt I can only think of two reasons. They are lying or they are incompetent. You take your pick.

I confirmed the shipment time before placing order, i was told it would take 3-7 days. I placed the order, today is the 4th day. I have sent three messages to follow up, i called and i was told it will ship today. I waited all day it is not shipped. ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM, zero communication. I have requested a refund and lets see how that goes. I have already seen another comment where person has lost MONEY! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM regardless where they sell!

I cant believe how many ridiculous complaints there are here!! My dealings with Tyee were excellent! They were professional, helpful, and personally, I happened to appreciate a candid and blunt business style. They told me what I didnt want and why, and assisted me in getting what I really wanted. I suppose if youre sensitive and think the world owes you something you might complain, but I personally really appreciated their no nonsense approach.

A couple of years ago I had a 500 $ deposit on a neon srt4, I was about to purchase the car when all of a sudden he sold it to someone else. I never got my money back and was never informed of anything. Just took my deposit then sold it to someone else. Do not buy from this pos. I am so happy I did not buy my Supra from this con artist, I recommend anyone looking for an import to go through B-pro auto. Honest and reliable thanks.

I have gotten multiple Vehicles off of him every single time he goes above and beyond for my family without Grant I would not have gotten my dream car. They claim to be open 9-6 on saturdays. We drove 1.5 hrs to view a car. Not only does the address on their website lead you nowhere. They also require an appointment which isnt listed anywhere on their website. Salesperson was reluctant to meet us, and could only offer we wait nearly 3 hours to view a car. Terrible customer service.

Jason went out of his way to take care of me. He printed off the label for my item before I had even sent payment, he went back to the office just to ship out said item same day (Its 5pm) and he did all that without being asked. That is service. That is caring. That, is damn good business.

Tyee Imports owned by Grant Gates, posts Criagslist ads EVERY DAY but they dont respond to inquiries. Google for complaints against Tyee before even thinking about doing business with this import scammer.
