I am so impressed by the whole experience with Reliable Auto Body Ltd. I live in Surrey and Im dog sitting for my sister who is in Mexico. While driving my sisters car another vehicle sideswiped the front side of the car. The driver sped away and I was left in absolute shock with a scraped car! I was very upset and took it in to Reliable to see what they could do. Curtis said they could buff it out and all I had to do was get a paint touch up pen from the dealership. I brought it back to Reliable and in about 10 minutes the car was done and it is perfect! It was such a huge weight off and I am so delighted! Im definitely moving here one day. I would recommend everyone with auto body issues to contact Reliable as their minds will be put to rest in the best possible way.

I had a dog jump up and scratch my vehicle and came in a little panicked at how much the potential damage was going to cost. The front desk person was super friendly and knowledgable and directed me to someone who could assess my problem right away. They went above and beyond in fixing everything for me right away and I cant say enough good about my experience there - would definitely recommend.

They fixed my truck after an accident, where I was hit on the rear axle which bent it. When I recieved my truck back, everything else was fixed except the axle. When I informed them, they insisted this was not because of the accident, and I would have to pay them to even look at it again, and pay them to fix it. The service was awful, and there practises seemed shady.

Friendly staff, honest assessments and quality repairs. Im glad that I brought my car here to have the bumper fixed. They fixed it for half the price that the three shops quoted to me.
