I dont often leave reviews, but we wanted to share so others dont have this same terrible, infuriating experience! We very strongly dont recommend using their services. They are dishonest and dont know how to do even something as basic as installing a car hitch. We went there to get a hitch installed on our car. After the first visit, they left the rear guard off our car, insisting that it was the correct way to do the hitch install, but when researching further once we got home we discovered that this was not at all the right way to do it. We also realized the hitch they gave us which was supposed to be brand new, had all sorts of damage to its finish. After going back the second time to have those two things corrected, we realized after closer inspection at home that the hitch itself was clearly installed wrong. We called them back and had to send them a PDF from the hitch manufacturer, showing the proper way to install it. We then had to bring the car in a THIRD time to fix that. After all of that, we asked for a discount given we have to drive all the way there 3 times, lost several hours each time waiting for the work to be done, had to research ourselves the proper way to install the hitch and provide it to them and after all that, have a car thats damaged due to the sloppy work as well as a damaged hitched (that they patched the paint on). They said they would not provide ANY discount at all and said if we didnt like that, they would take the hitch off and refund us, leaving us with a damaged car. So they expect us to bring the car there again, wait again while they remove the hitch which will leave us with car damage and still needing to start all over getting a hitch installed elsewhere. This was a HUGE inconvenience! Imagine that these guys repair brakes!

A fellow got a tad defensive over the phone when I required about pricing. Kinda shocked me because usually isnt it supposed to be the customer who gets upset about over pricing? Maybe the guilt got to him. Not impressed with this particular business and would not recommend it to anyone. Someone there needs an attitude adjustment and a course in customer service.
