Incredible service. We felt well taken care of from the initial phone call right through to the drive home! When I phoned in a panic as our car was wobbling down the highway i was assured that fountain tire would get us back on the road and home safe, and that they did with an impressively short turn around time! With an abundance of car repair shops in that tiny area of Courtenay we count ourselves lucky to have ended up at Fountain Tire. Thanks guys!

Awesome staff , went in on a budget and left with a perfect set of tires. The staff were very helpful and very fast I havent ever received such speedy and amazing service on a budget. Thanks for the new boots for the black nasty boys I will be a return customer . From the front counter to the staff in the back you guys are amazing and I appreciated how I was treated and I couldnt have been happier with how it all worked out

Got sent here by Nissan to get rims mounted, they told me to phone Nissan to see if they would hook me up with wheel sensors. And they did! Just talking to these guys saved me $800. Friendly and fast.

They can be pretty busy at times, but that is because they have great service and work with you to get what you need within your budget. I buy my tires here for both my personal and work vehicles.
