I have to give this dealership a well earned 5 star for all the hard work and effort they put forth with the recent purchase of my VW GTI. Although there were a few minor hiccups, (I lend that to the fact that I had travelled from Alberta and did the deal solely through email and phone calls), everyone that I dealt with was excellent! Kathy, David, Nicky, Mike, Char and all the service department! A huge high 5 to all of you! They went above and beyond my expectations and I cant express how grateful I am that I was treated so well.

I have never written a review before, but I just had to after I purchased my r-line from them. I drove down from Vancouver and they made sure they accommodated me and my family. Joel went out of his way. He was considerate, patient, flexible, honest, informative, straight-forward and gave us some good laughs. I only wish I lived closer so I could continue to give them my business.

One of the sales guys seemed so nice and helpful but then never followed up on a promise to make arrangements to test a car. He never called and never returned calls when texted or voice called. I understand this is one sales person in particular but he is the one that burnt the bridge. Thank you Harbour View Volkswagen in Nanaimo for picking up their slack!
