This is going to be long but I will keep it factual. We showed up on a Sunday when our bank was closed knowing we would only be able to put a deposit down on the vehicle before buying it outright during the week. When we arrived Matt was attentive. The vehicle we wanted wasnt there but I decided to test drive a different one. Matt had it pulled out right away and had someone go with us as he knew we were from Langley. Once we were back I decided to buy it letting Matt know we could only put a deposit on it as our bank was closed. He tried to get us to put down more than the $700 (on a $2900 vehicle) that we could at the time. He also made sure we signed a form saying it was non-refundable and dated it with the latest date we said we would be there to pay the remaining balance or the deal would expire and we would lose the deposit. We notified him we would be back three days later, four at the most. I touched base with him in that time frame letting him know what day we were coming. On the day we were coming he called me at 12:30pm to say they were closing at 6pm (usually close at 8pm) for a staff meeting. This gave us just the next day to be able to pick it up as we couldnt get there from Langley after work in time. After all the paperwork was done (in which he did provide carfax included in the $295 document fee) I got into the car and was told I should head to the gas station right away. The car was on total fumes and not being from the area I had to quickly google where to go and barely got to the gas station. The oil light and perform service notification came on the dash before I even made it home, this is after Matt answered one of my questions the day we put the deposit down as that they had done the oil change maintenance and fluids. I do not think that while they had the car 5,000km was put on it. I was also not notified that the stereo system didnt play music. During the test drive we had the AC blasting so all I could see was that the radio display worked but didnt think anything of the fact that I couldnt hear any music over the AC. However on the drive home I realized it did not work at all, just the display worked.

Found me a BEAUTIFUL 2011 Toyota Yaris in white. I have named her "Pearl". I really like Matts approach to sales. As a salesman myself its nice to see someone else who shares my feeling that customers should be given breathing room to look at any cars they choose without feeling rushed or pushed. Carproof was supplied readily and without hesitating. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the car which is a rare thing in the sales world. The office was CLEAN (probably cleaner than my house lol). When it came time to talk numbers Matt was very professional and reasonable. A 1 year warranty on the powertrain is supplied with the car free of charge from Lubrico. Overall I had a great time purchasing the car and am very happy with the vehicle and the service received. Anyone looking for a used car should definitely have a look at Variety Auto Sales inventory first.

Bought a car a month ago for what I thought was a reasonable price. On the drive home the engine light came on, my mechanic said it has a problem with the evaporator, and probably has had it for a while. Soon after the exhaust started rattling, had a massive hole it it from rust. Another $800 later that was fixed. Next I noticed an oil leak, which again my mechanic says had probably been there since before I bought the car. All up my $4000 car will cost $2400 to repair into working order. None of which is covered on the warranty the salesman pushed on me at the time of sale. Very dissatisfied, as I feel the dealer has ripped me off on a car they must have known had at least some of these issues.

We purchased a car here on Sunday, it was very busy but Matt and Mo made sure to spend all the time we needed and answer all our question and set us up for test drives. It is a smaller lot but well organized, all the cars were accessible and very clean. The office is very professional and neat unlike many others in the area. Matt supplied us with the carfax info without us even asking or discussing price. He had a fair am honest approach without being high pressure. Overall it was a great, stress free experience and we got a great car for a very fair price. I would highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a quality used vehicle to start( and end) their search here.

Just bought a car at Variety and had a great customer experience. Matt was very friendly and professional and did not give a hard sell that you expect from car dealers. I have bought many cars from the big name dealers but felt the experience I received from this family owned business to be better. I left happy with the car and the deal I got. I have worked for over 30 years in the customer service industry and can truly say these guys do it right.

I found this establishment on the web when I was looking to buy a car and I went to check, its a white golf Volkswagen. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable, great customer service as well as hands on folloups after purched the car. They sell pre-owned cars well maintained and very clean. And also one year warranty was included in the cost with no extra charge:)! Im very happy with my car and it drives great! Thank you for your help Matt and Moe.

My boyfriend bought his car here, it had multiple issues and ended up costing thousands of dollars more in repair than the original cost. The extended warranty he was sold covered nothing. Super shady dealership, wouldnt recommend anyone go here. What seemed like a great deal on a car turned out to be an absolute rip off, there is no way they didnt know about all these issues before selling the car.

We were helped Matt and we couldnt have asked for a better experience or deal. We got a trade in and had the insurance transfered on site. We had one small issue with the car that could not have been forseen but Matt handled it so well and we were so impressed with the way he helped us. 5 star service all the way.

Bought a car from Here thinking it was a good deal turns out to have multiple problems the salesmen are very shady when i brought my car back they only fixed one of the problems with it and tried to get me to pay for the repair needless to say dont buy a car from here

Prices were high for condition and km on vehicles. Took a vehicle for a test drive that the salesman said was in perfect shape and drove well. Within a minute there was an ominous thumping coming from the front and brakes were very soft.
