I damaged my front bumper and scratched the bottom of my car by accident. I searched for a highly rated ICBC auto shop in the neighbourhood and found this Mountain Hwy Collision Repairs and Auto Glass. I saw a lot of good reviews about it. I brought my car to this auto shop. The owner Mat helped me to check on the car carefully and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced clearly. He sounded fairly honest and provided a quote to me. Finally I decided to let this auto shop repair my car. I received an excellent customer service. I got a very clean courtesy car. The admin lady Lisa was very diligent that she would call and report everything in detail a couple of times during the repair. The repair was done perfectly. I had no complaints about it. The best part was that I had to return the courtesy car by 5pm, but I got stuck in traffic from Langley to Coquitlam and would not be able to make it until 7pm. The owner Mat would wait for me to come and make sure I could drive safely and returned the courtesy car before the weekend. I would highly recommend this auto shop to others if they need to fix or repair the cars due to car accidents.

Recently had my Infiniti QX60 repaired here - great service throughout! Front desk: welcoming, efficient, and thoughtful. Lisa, an ex-ICBC professional, certainly knows her stuff. She gave me a very thorough and reasonable quote within minutes after checking out the damages, and the quote turned out to be very accurate.. I sent my car in for repair on Monday and was told to pick it up on Friday. On Thursday I got a call from Lisa that she would like a couple of extra hours Friday morning to have the car cleaned again - she wasnt happy about the initial cleanup and stressed that they could do better than that. Body shop: the repair was flawless. Thanks to Lisa, they even cleaned up the tape marks left on some parts of the car when it was used as a demo car. It was literally shining inside and out when I picked it up on Friday as originally scheduled. Coming from the service industry myself, I am impressed with the way Lisa and her colleagues treat their customers. I will definitely recommend Mountain Highway Collision to others in need of body shop services.

I brought my car in for some minor work, I fortunately havent had to use a body shop in many years, so I wasnt 100% certain about what to expect. What I got was incredible, of course the car came back with the needed repairs, but it also came back spotless inside & out. Leading up to that, the communication about when parts should arrive, when it should be done was proactive, they kept me in the loop, while I had the use of a newer model courtesy car. When all was said and done, they explained clearly what was done, the breakdown of parts and labour, including their refusal to use a part that did not meet their standard. Lastly, since the repairs included a new headlight, they provided me with the old bulbs to use as a spare, in case my other headlight burned out. This may not seem like much, but bulbs for this car are over $200 and the headlight itself was $2000 - the price we pay for driving "luxury brands". Thanks to Matt, Lisa, Chris and the team for an incredible job.

Meant to leave this review ages ago but life got in the way. They immediately come to mind when I think about any future repairs I might need. This is an awesome little shop! They fit me in right away (on a Saturday) and worked around my schedule. The courtesy car they gave me was great (a 2015/16 model). Lisa at the front desk was really nice and eager to help me. She checked in with me throughout the week and updated me on how the repair was going. Matt the owner was professional and really went the extra mile. He came in on a Saturday morning to clean some stubborn sap off my car without any incentive. Hes just that great of a person. These guys are the best! So thoughtful and committed to their customers. Hopefully I dont have to see them again soon but I will definitely use them if I need to.

I phoned this company up hoping for a last minute same day appointment and they figured out how to have me come in on that day and even called in the glass technician although he wasnt working normally on that day. When I came in with my vehicle they were all so courteous, and so nice. They walked through everything with me and explained how it would work. They dropped me off at my house when my car was in the shop and even arranged a cab to pick me up when my vehicle was done. I cant speak highly enough of this company, I will be referring them to everyone I know from now on. I wish I could give them more than five stars because they clearly know what they are doing and provide amazing customer service while they do it.

My Honda CR-V windshield was damaged by the tiny rock in the highway, I took my car to the shop for repair. The windshield was successfully installed without any futher problem. They service was great and polite to us. I would like to special highlight that my car was very dirty and dusty for interior and exterior before I repaired. I cannot imagine they not just repaired my windshield, they also helped me washed, polished and even vaccumed my car interior including carpets. My mom and me was very happy When we get back our car. “I used Mountain Hwy Collision when they were in North Vancouver first time to get my car fixed from when somebody rear ended me, best decision I’ve made. The people there are so helpful from the lady at the front desk, to the person helping you through the whole process while your car is being repaired. The work on my vehicle came out amazing, couldn’t even tell it was in a accident, and it only took them a few days to do it. All the work comes with a life time warranty . Will use Mountain Hwy Collision in the future again and I will go to their new location in Coquitlam , and refer all my family and friends there as well. Thanks Matt and the great team. I had some pretty significant damage done to the front and side of my bumper and as someone whose car is very important to me, I was very upset and had some high standards. I was able to get my car taken in as well as a courtesy car within two days of phoning them which was awesome!! The staff here made an unfortunate event much more bearable. When I first walked in the receptionist and the owners were friendly, welcoming and super helpful. They were so accommodating and updated me on how the repairs were going. My car looks so great inside and out. In fact, I dont think its ever been shinier. So thank you so much to everyone at Mountain Collision!
